    Gestión por procesos para la línea de faenamiento en la empresa “Mag Pollo” de la ciudad de Ambato

    Most organizations worldwide are immersed with highly competitive opponents; environments that drive companies to improve their processes to survive in the competition, to generate success they must manage their processes, activities and resources efficiently. This research proposes a Process Management in the slaughtering line of MAG POLLO company, focused on operational procedures based on Good Poultry Practices; and mandatory procedures based on ISO 9001:2015, to meet quality specifications in processes, standardize, document activities, responsibility and objectives. First, the current situation of the company was analyzed through the survey of processes through the application of interviews, surveys and technical field visits; to subsequently understand the production line of slaughtered chicken, establishing a map of processes with their interrelationship. In addition, it was evidenced that they applied quality systems, but lacked control of records that were performed in the organization. Therefore, the development of indicators that measure the performance and performance of the organization which can be efficiency, effectiveness and results, in order to collect accurate data, also reliable to make decisions for their present and future where the weaknesses and strengths of MAG POLLO are discovered. As a final part, the processes and procedures manuals detailed information such as: purpose, scope, legal framework, glossary of terms, responsibilities, technical data sheet, procedures, flow chart, good practices, associated risks, production orders and records; its main purpose is the standardization of the processes in the slaughter line, complementing from the purchase of inputs to the sale of slaughtered chicken, allowing preventive and corrective actions against risks, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

    Sistema de gestión por procesos para el Terminal Terrestre de la Ciudad de Ambato

    La presente investigación expone el desarrollo de un Sistema de Gestión por Procesos para el Terminal Terrestre de la Ciudad de Ambato, para lo que se aplican métodos de recopilación de datos, documentos sobre el que se verifica el débil diagnóstico de la situación actual, pauta por la cual se da el análisis administrativo de la empresa, lineamientos a los cuales debe estar sujeto la Unidad de Terminales como una dirección de nivel de Procesos Desconcentrados del GADMA. Una vez establecido los puntos en los cuales debe guiarse la institución se procede a realizar un análisis FODA, luego, la dinámica de la gestión por procesos inicia mediante el levantamiento e identificación de las actividades que se llevan a cabo dentro de la gestión operativa, posterior a eso corresponde en detallar las entradas y salidas de cada uno de las actividades, de ahí el diseñó de la cadena de valor y el respectivo mapa de procesos, como herramientas para interpretar la secuencia e interacción entre los procesos, se procede entonces al desarrollo de fichas técnicas el cual permite realizar un seguimiento continuo a la evolución historia del indicador. Como resultado se establece el Manual de Procesos, uno de los pilares fundamentales de la gestión, en los cuales se registra la trazabilidad de las actividades que se realizan en las instalaciones de la empresa. ABSTRACT This research presents the development of a system of management by processes to the Earth Terminal of the city of Ambato, which applies methods of data collection, document that verifies the weak diagnosis of the current situation, guideline by which gives administrative analysis of the company, as they are the guidelines to which terminals unit as a level of processes de-concentrated address should be subject of the GADMA. Established once points which should be guided the institution proceeds to perform a SWOT analysis, then the dynamics of management by processes started by the uprising and identification of activities that are carried out within the operational management, post that corresponds in detail the inputs and outputs of each collected in lifting activities , hence the designed value chain and respective map of processes, such as tools to interpret the sequence and interaction between processes, then proceed to the development of technical data sheets which allows continuous follow-up to the evolution history of the indicator. Since result establishes the Process manual, one of the fundamental props of the management, in which there is registered the traceability of the activities that are realized in the facilities of the company.
