Facultad de Ingeniería en Sistemas Electrónica e Industrial. Carrera de SoftwareIn the competitive world of intralogistics, characterized by increasingly rigorous operational demands, efficiency in storage and distribution processes has become a strategic factor for organizations. This research work addresses a critical problem present in numerous Ecuadorian companies: deficiencies in the product collection or picking process, derived from the use of manual methods, paper-based records, and connectivity limitations in warehouse environments. These conditions generate operational delays, increase the probability of human errors, and directly affect business productivity and profitability. In response to this reality, the research proposes the development and implementation of a technological solution based on a mobile application designed under a hybrid offline/online architecture. Through the use of the .NET MAUI ecosystem, the tool allows operators to perform scanning, validation, and inventory activities even in areas with limited or nonexistent network access. Subsequently, once connectivity is restored, the information is automatically synchronized with the central ERP system, guaranteeing the integrity, traceability, and real-time updating of data. The evaluation of the technological tool demonstrates that the proposed solution optimizes logistics processes, reduces economic losses caused by returns and unproductive times, and strengthens organizational competitiveness through the digital transformation of warehouse operations. In the field of university health, digital transformation is essential for optimizing clinical care and document management. This project developed an Integrated Medical System for the clinical modules of the UTA Faculty of Health Sciences, addressing fragmented information management, document duplication, and a lack of standardization and communication between specialties. The solution implemented is a web application developed with Blazor WebAssembly and .NET Core 8, using clean architecture and Scrumban methodology. The system centralizes a single electronic medical record, fed by six specialized modules: General Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, Psychology, Early Stimulation, and Physical Therapy. It incorporates reports to generate statistics, analyses, and dashboards that strengthen institutional decision-making. Each module maintains autonomy for specific processes, while role-based management ensures confidentiality, security, and traceability over time. The results show significant and quantifiable improvements. Document duplication was completely eliminated, going from 21 documents per week to zero. The time taken to locate records decreased from 3-6 minutes to less than 60 seconds. The deployment of medical records was optimized from 36.67 to 31 minutes on average, and care times improved in all specialties. The SUS scale assessment reached 84/100 points, reflecting high acceptability, an intuitive interface, and a minimal learning curve. This development establishes the foundations for evidence-based clinical management, strengthens institutional research, and facilitates scalability toward emerging technologies such as telemedicine, consolidating a comprehensive digital ecosystem for university health.Item type:Ítem, Sistema médico integrado para la digitalización de procesos y servicios médicos de los módulos clínicos pertenecientes a la Universidad Técnica de Ambato.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato.
