This research proposes a process management system for the manufacturing of rescue units at the coachbuilding company BOMCAR, specifically within the production area. Six processes were identified: mechanical, electrical, quality control, hydraulic, finishing, and delivery. To undertake this project, an analysis of the current situation was conducted, collecting information through various tools such as employee surveys, a semistructured interview with the company's manager, and frequent visits to the organization. Consequently, processes were mapped and standardized using process sheets, characterization, analytical flowcharts, synoptic flowcharts, and the design of work instructions for each process. Finally, as a solution to the identified problem primarily the disorganization and lack of standardization of processes in the production area for the manufacturing of rescue units a manual of processes and procedures has been designed. This manual describes and details all tasks and activities performed in each process, making it highly useful for the company’s operational staff. This research will be of great assistance in achieving better efficiency and optimization of production, aiming to provide high-quality products for BOMCAR’s customers.

Process management is a tool widely applied by companies in all areas in order to achieve efficient and effective management aimed at understanding, analyzing and improving procedures to promote continuous improvement and increase quality. The present work focuses on the operational processes in the egg production line of the company AVICOLA GUADALUPE S.À. specifying that it has twelve processes such as the adequacy of the shed, reception of birds, feeding, vaccination, transfer of birds to the laying shed, egg collection, pre-sorting of eggs, transport, washing of dirty eggs, classification, storage and dispatch: identifying activities carried out without specific techniques and lack of documented information, on the other hand, little communication of important issues between operators which blurs the primary objective of the company. This tool ensures that activities are carried out with clear and uniform instructions, which in turn promotes quality in the final product by guaranteeing consistency in the processes carried out by the operators. Finally, as a result of the study, the detailed processes and the standard time corresponding to each one were identified. In addition to knowing the bottleneck and capturing the information to provide a clear and accurate guide.

The lack of internal management of a production plant implies preparing processes inadequately and ineffectively, producing high production costs without generating added value to the product, reducing the degree of market development. The objective is to develop a management by processes on the production plant in order to maintain a constant follow-up on the management of the resources that BAESC S.A. has. The present research approach, in the textile company BAESC S.A., determined that 23 products are offered, where the evaluation was obtained that, with an average annual sale of $122,438.36, the Spanish Cover is the product with the highest demand, the same that requires 6 main processes for its elaboration and these are: cutting, confection, padding, embroidery, final confection and packaging. For each of the work areas, a management indicator was developed that covers the need to keep track of the critical activities of the production plant. The procedures manual, as a regulatory means of the processes involved, was an important factor, due to the correct planning management of the use of resources present in the company BAESC S.A.

Process management is a modern management tool that allows the organization of a company to be viewed from the perspective of its processes and activities. For this reason, it is used by several companies seeking an orderly management based on the main actions to be carried out to create value and satisfy customer needs. This study presents a process management model for the quail egg production line of the Paredes poultry farm. It was found that the main organizational problems were related to the working methods used by the operators to perform their tasks, which were based on rules of thumb, the work was poorly organized and therefore not sufficiently controlled. In addition, procedures were not well defined and standardized, which caused inconveniences when carrying out the company's activities. The study identified two production lines, the production of feed and the production of quail eggs. Within the feed production line, the processes of preparation, milling, mixing and storage were established, while within the quail egg production line, the processes of feeding, egg collection, storage, transport, and packaging were determined. A procedures manual was developed to standardize the operations of the two production lines, train and supervise staff, improve productivity, and optimize the company's resources, resulting in a production process improvement plan.
