The central issue addressed in this study is the management of the supply process at Casa Fina – Grupo Corporativo Mary Carmen, which represents a critical challenge due to its direct impact on operational efficiency and the timely availability of products for commercialization. In response to this problem, the need to implement management tools and models aimed at optimizing purchasing and supplier relationships was identified. Strategic methodologies were applied, including the grouping of products into ten categories, ABC analysis, and SWOT analysis, enabling a structured assessment of the current situation and more precise inventory segmentation. These actions facilitated the identification of critical products and the prioritization of resources. Additionally, demand forecasting and the application of the Kraljic matrix played a key role in classifying supplies based on their risk level and financial importance, thereby allowing the definition of differentiated purchasing strategies tailored to each product group. In parallel, a supplier selection and evaluation model was developed and implemented, supported by the measurement of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery timeliness, product quality, service levels, and procurement efficiency. These indicators provided relevant insights to support informed decision-making and promote stronger commercial relationships. As part of the final proposal, two comprehensive operational plans were developed to integrate all applied tools and models, aiming to strengthen supply management, improve strategic decision-making, and ensure the company's operational continuity. Effective supply management depends not only on structured processes but also on the strategic analysis of products, the understanding of demand behavior, and, most importantly, the rigorous evaluation of suppliers as key actors in the supply chain.
