    The purpose of this research, is the creation of a proposal to train teachers of fiscal institutions 18D01C01 02-03-06 circuit through virtual means, on the analysis and use of technological resources, recognizing them as vital factors courtly involved in the process at the present time. To achieve this goal, it is considered making available a virtual platform for teachers, its aims to generate educators with an optimal level of performance to face current challenges. The virtual platform has been implemented to promote the application of different educational, participatory and creative strategies in the classroom, allowing teachers, practice and application of acquired learning, knowing technological resources easily replicated and teaching, to apply them in the classroom as in everyday life, providing an opportunity to transform education

    El aprendizaje basado en proyectos y su incidencia en la formación práctica en la disciplina de autotrónica de los estudiantes del instituto tecnológico superior guayaquil

    The current investigation is about the application of Learning Based on Projects as an alternative to improve the practical education in the discipline of Autotronica of the students of automotive from Technological Institute Guayaquil. The problem is the incorporation of new technology based on electronic for the operation of the vehicles. The application of it was made with a study of the different strategies and methodologies of learning that optimize the academic performance and the entailment with the society so necessary in the formation. The test is done with teachers and students who give the information that allows the use of managing strategy that triggers of the elaboration of a lab guide for the elaboration of micro-projects that will just give a macro project that will serve as a technical support in the professional qualification of the students.
