    Repercusión del bullyng en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de la Escuela Naval Espejo

    The present research has as main objective to determine the impact of bullying on school performance of students in school, "Manuela Espejo", where it has been taken as a reference to the year’s fifths of Basic Education as the general population is too extensive. This requires a qualitative and quantitative research type was applied. Through qualitative research the functional dynamics of bullying became known, while through quantitative research could determine the level of incidence of bullying and its influence on the academic performance of students. Among the data obtained, no significant levels of bullying were evident as the most predominantly parallel revealed low levels (A 33%, B 42%, C 57%, D 80%); however parallel who showed D was higher (17%) level. Finally, one could say that levels of bullying despite not being high, prove to be significant in the study population and therefore chose to conduct workshops on the practice of values in order to raise awareness and prevent future failure or harassment school

    Self-esteem is the positive evaluation of oneself, strengthens this aspect helps build a healthy personality and balanced since the early years of life, this is expressed in attitudes of security, confidence, emotional relationship with others, encourages communication and sense of belonging to the family while the children who have behavioral problems such as aggressiveness, poor performance, lack of motivation, orientation toward defeat and failure indicator that reason the research to find strategies to solve the problem focused. The research was conducted to find out the level of incidence of self-esteem in the socialization of individuals in their early school years in the New World Educational Center, coming to the conclusion that most students have high levels of self-esteem, but to achieve fully intends to develop a practical guide of strategies to improve it, it will be aimed at teachers and parents.
