    The purpose of this research is to generate a proposal for teacher training through virtual media on Teacher Performance Standards for teachers of fiscal institutions 18D02C02_07 circuit, to achieve this goal is considered put teachers available to the same virtual platform, which aims to generate short and medium term optimum level teachers with teacher performance to deliver valuable, timely and significant lessons to all students in the national education system. Teacher performance involves daily work that a teacher has to play in the classroom with their students to achieve integral development and avoid improvisation during his tenure. Consequently, today's society asks educators prepare new generations for the challenges of a globalized world.
