Item Diseño y simulación de una cubierta en estructura metálica para ser usada en estacionamientos vehiculares en base a la normativa NTE INEN 2248(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, 2025-02) Dueñas Beltrán, Justin Leonardo; Yunapanta Velastegui, José LuisTo obtain normalized information about the cantilevered roof, the main objective of this technical project is to design and simulate a metal roof intended for vehicle parking, in compliance with the Ecuadorian standard NTE INEN 2248, which establishes the minimum dimensions required for vehicle parking spaces. Additionally, the types of loads affecting the roof were determined based on Ecuadorian construction regulations. To achieve this, an analysis of different metal roof alternatives was carried out, selecting the one that offers the most efficient design in terms of stability, strength, and cost. The design was based on preliminary analyses with different structural elements and variations in load analysis. The evaluation included a detailed assessment of the various load conditions acting on the structure, such as dead loads, live loads, seismic loads, and wind loads, according to the specifications of Ecuadorian construction standards. The values corresponding to these loads were determined through precise calculations, ensuring the structure maintains adequate stability and safety. For the structure, A36 steel profiles were selected due to their wide availability in the market and excellent mechanical properties. The modeling and simulation of the design were conducted using specialized structural design software, which made it possible to evaluate the roof's behavior under various load conditions. This analysis ensured that stresses and deformations remain within the ranges allowed by the standards, minimizing the risk of structural failures. This comprehensive approach ensured a safe, efficient design fully aligned with the current technical standards in Ecuador.Item Diseño y cálculo de un escenario deportivo tipo estadio de fútbol con capacidad para 2000 personas en el caserío El Porvenir perteneciente al cantón Mocha, provincia de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ingeniería Civil y Mecánica, Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2022-09) Freire Ortiz, William David; Cañizares Proaño, Byron GenaroThe participation of the population in sporting events has increased in recent years in the hamlet of El Porvenir belonging to the canton of Mocha, province of Tungurahua, to date, in the sector there is a soccer stadium that doesn’t provide the necessary operating conditions and isn’t within the territorial boundaries to which it belongs, so in this technical project the design and calculation of a soccer stadium type sports arena was developed. The starting point was a topographic study, in which information was gathered regarding the position, relief and dimensions of the terrain, as well as a geotechnical study to determine the physical and mechanical properties of the soil to be implanted. A matrix of needs for the functional distribution of the architectural spaces was then proposed to proceed with the structural design. For the grandstand, a system of earthquake-resistant reinforced concrete porticos was used, the roof was designed using a truss type system with A36 structural steel; these structures were analyzed under the static and dynamic spectral methods by means of a structural calculation program. For the hydrosanitary design, a minimum number of sanitary fixtures was considered according to the type of occupancy of the building. To obtain the reference budget, a unit price analysis was performed. Finally, all these results were projected in drawings using a three-dimensional modeling software.Item Diseño de cubierta metálica para cancha de uso múltiple en el barrio San Vicente de la parroquia Constantino Fernández, del cantón Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Vinculación de la Carrera de Ingeniería Civil, 2013-05) Navarro, CarlosEl proyecto se realizó en el Barrio San Vicente de la Parroquia Constantino Fernández perteneciente al cantón Ambato de la Provincia de Tungurahua. el mismo que involucra el diseño de la cubierta metálica para una cancha de uso múltiple. Los datos obtenidos para el diseño de dicha cubierta fueron obtenidos en la localidad realizando en primer lugar el levantamiento topográfico y posteriormente realizar el análisis para la obtención de la estructura. De esta manera se procedieron a realizar cálculos, dibujo de planos y finalmente el presupuesto.
