    Desarrollo de los módulos iniciales del cloud ERP para la empresa Dimar Group

    The company Dimar Group specializes in selling supplies for footwear manufacturing. Currently, it operates with a system that presents multiple limitations, hindering both business growth and the optimization of various internal and external processes. Additionally, the system prevents the automation of several tasks that must be performed manually. This project develops an initial phase of a new Cloud ERP system, incorporating management, inventory, sales, and billing modules. It leverages modern technologies that enable the integration of various cloud services, reducing processing times, improving the user interface, expanding functionalities, and allowing for the long-term implementation of additional services that will contribute to the company’s growth. The Cloud ERP system includes enhancements to existing features and introduces new functionalities aimed at reducing work time in areas such as inventory management, customer management, product management, sales management, and user management. The development of this web application was carried out using the Next.js framework, which integrates both the front-end and back-end of the application. For deployment, Vercel was used, while MongoDB was chosen as the database management system. Additionally, other technologies, such as AWS for electronic signature storage, were implemented. The validation of requirements was conducted through testing in a controlled environment, yielding positive acceptance and a reduction in operational process times. Future plans include the continued development of new modules for the web application to fully meet the company’s needs and expectations for complete implementation in the future

    Sistema de recomendación para productos ecnológicos utilizando web scraping para la toma de decisiones en compra

    The growing number of online stores and the abundance of information about technology products make it difficult for consumers to make purchasing decisions. Browsing multiple websites to compare options has become a complex and overwhelming process. This can lead to hasty decisions or the purchase of products that do not meet expectations, and even, in many cases, to the final abandonment of the purchase. The technology product recommendation system offers functionalities such as product visualization, generation of recommendations, visualization of product details and the option to add products to a list of favorites. For the development of the progressive web application (PWA) and its graphical interfaces, React.js was used. In addition, the Flask framework was used to implement the REST API services, while MongoDB was used as the database manager, ensuring efficient and structured information management. The results obtained from the evaluation of the recommendation system were positive. There was a notable decrease in the time required to search and make purchasing decisions. These results validate the effectiveness of the system in optimizing purchasing decisions.

    Sistema web y móvil para la sistematización de la gestión administrativa y de asambleas del conjunto habitacional “El Portal de la Viña”

    The “El Portal de la Viña” housing complex consists of 303 residences, which makes it difficult for the board of directors to control the administrative processes, giving rise to challenges in the management of parking spaces, calls, and in treasury, since these processes are carried out manually. This project implements a web management system along with a mobile application to systematize the administrative and financial processes of the housing complex. In addition, geolocation is used as a mechanism to verify attendance and voting at assemblies. To do this, the Haversine formula is used to accurately calculate the distance between the resident’s location and the assembly point, thus ensuring that only those present can participate in the votes. The housing complex management system includes modules for the administration of owners, residences, payments, calls, guardianship, and parking. Modern technologies such as Angular and Ionic frameworks were used for the web and mobile client, respectively. For the development of the application programming interface (API), the Spring Boot framework was used along with PostgreSQL as a database manager. The validation of the implemented system was carried out by applying the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the residents of the housing complex, resulting in a positive acceptance of the proposed system. The implementation of this system is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in the administration of the housing complex.
