Ft.MgDespite the fact that most cases with Covid-19 are mild, a considerable percentage develop severe infections; Of these, 75% will have a long hospitalization and the rest will have to enter intensive care. Therefore, the prevalence of complications associated with bedridden factors and the prone posture that the patient with Covid-19 must maintain is high; thus they develop respiratory symptoms, fatigue, functional limitations, among others; being indispensable to recover the respiratory condition, the functionality and to reinsert the patient to his habituality. The objective of the study was to establish a respiratory physiotherapy program in the recovery of post-covid-19 patients; Through a search for scientific information in high-impact databases, to structure a plan, the plan was subsequently validated under the judgment of experts and finally the plan was shared with interested health professionals. The results of 50 articles obtained and a total of 5 selected articles, after applying an algorithm for selection: 5 bibliographic reviews, 1 relational descriptive study, 1 convenience sampling study, 1 case studies, 1 controlled trial, 1 cross-sectional study; The program was structured with a duration of 6 and 8 weeks after hospital discharge, with an initial frequency of 3 to 5 times a week and progresses to 5 to 7 times a week, the duration of the session is initially 20 to 30 minutes and progresses to 30 to 45 minutes and the repetitions of the exercises at the beginning 1 to 2 sets of 10 repetitions per exercise that progresses to 3 to 5 sets of 10 repetitions per exercise; It was validated by the criteria of 5 experts, with a concordance of 0.95 CVCt; When the program was socialized, the level of satisfaction of the professionals was partially satisfactory and totally satisfactory. Therefore, it can be concluded that the respiratory physiotherapy program in the recovery of the post Covid-19 patient is a reproducible and applicable instrument in the practice of physiotherapy. MgCOVID-19 is a disease that produces several respiratory complications and sequelae associated with this virus, in such a way that the patient presents complications at the muscular level, respiratory functional capacity and quality of life. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify the impact of respiratory physiotherapy on the in-hospital management of patients COVID-19 treated at the Ambato General Teaching Hospital. The type of research was descriptive and observational, so observation cards were used where the information was collected, with a qualitativequantitative approach since the data obtained were represented in numerical and descriptive form, the intervention data through the quantitative analysis were the statistical data of the COVID-19 patients treated in the isolation area of the Ambato Regional Teaching Hospital, and the descriptive data without manipulating the independent variable to obtain relevant information to identify the impact of respiratory physiotherapy on the in-hospital management of COVID-19 patients. analyze the results the probability that a patient who has received respiratory physiotherapy techniques has a successful recovery from COVID-19 and survives increases by 8.65% compared to people who have not been applied any kind of therapy. Therefore, it is concluded that indeed the application of physiotherapy has a positive effect on the recovery of patients admitted with COVID-19.Item Intervención sobre cuidado antropométrico y función pulmonar en jóvenes adultos que realizan actividad física moderada en la ciudad de Riobamba(Universdidad Técnica de Ambato/Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud/Centro de posgrados, 2022-02-01) Delgado Masache, Gabriela Alejandra Lic. Ft.; Robalino Morales, Gabriela Lic. MSc.Overweight and obesity are changes in nutritional status and are considered a public health problem due to the high prevalence rates worldwide and their implications in child and adolescent populations. These conditions are related to alterations in lung function, due to significant changes in the dynamics and functionality of the ventilatory system, which causes the accumulation of fat in the thoraco-abdominal region. The evidence is extensive regarding the influence of nutritional status reflected in anthropometric measurements and lung function; Therefore, it was proposed to design a guide for abdominal muscle strengthening exercises to improve lung function in young adults who perform physical activity at the Bushido Dojo in the city of Riobamba; through anthropometric measurements; through a descriptive study; where from a review and screening of the scientific literature, an exercise guide was structured, which was validated by experts and the agreement determined through a CVCi and CVCt of the document; this was socialized to those interested. The results obtained were 11 eligible scientific articles; CVCi equal to and greater than 0.80 in most items and a CVCt of 0.92 that indicates an excellent correlation between experts; the anthropometric measurements of the population were within the normal parameters suggested by international organizations; Except for the maximum values of the BMI of both men and women that indicate overweight, and finally in the socialization, the majority of interested parties qualified the process as partially and totally satisfied. Therefore, it is concluded that the guide to abdominal strengthening exercises to improve lung function is valid and applicable in young populations that perform physical activity.
