Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2025-02) Supe Criollo Christian Patricio; Ortiz Guerrero Daysi MargaritaThis research proposes a process management in order to standardize the activities developed within the innovation laboratory Makerspace Inspira Lab, this will allow operations to be executed in a more effective and efficient way by controlling the processes through the relevant documentation. In order to know the current situation of the laboratory, we began with the collection of information through interviews, surveys and direct observation of the workflow, showing that the tasks are performed in a traditional way, with undefined processes and disorder in the execution of activities due to the lack of documentation for monitoring the processes. Based on the current situation, we proceeded to carry out a process survey where each of the activities to be carried out during each operation was specified, through the use of data sheets and the design of flow charts, then each of the identified processes was classified, which were represented in a structured manner within the process map to visualize how they are interrelated. Additionally, the processes were characterized, including the SIPOC diagram, the PHVA cycle and the management indicators. Finally, the processes and procedures manual was developed, which contains detailed and orderly information for the uniform execution of tasks, work instructions and documents for the control of indicators.Item Gestión por procesos en la línea de producción de huevos de la Granja Avícola Avimolde del cantón Salcedo(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. It began with the collection of information in the company to identify the shortcomings that existed at the time of carrying out the work, this is due to the fact that the poultry farm does not have standardized documents, and the lack of indicators, mission, vision and organizational values was also identified. The identified shortcomings were the starting point for the proposed study, which began with the construction of a structural organigram where the existing hierarchical chain in the organization was defined, then the necessary information was collected to make a map of processes where they were classified into strategic. operational and support processes according to their relevance. Next, the process characterization sheets were made, which consist of relevant information such as the input and output of the process, in addition, the standardization of all documents was used by applying the technical resolution N°047 of Agrocalidad, the vision, mission, values and business policy were made, to achieve organizational goals, indicators were also proposed that will allow the performance of internal processes to be evaluated and decisions to be made that benefit the poultry farm and finally the results obtained were reflected in a procedures manual, which is the main objective of this degree project, which contributed to the poultry farm to improve its production.Item Sistema de gestión por procesos en la empresa de lácteos “D’ Marco”(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2023-09) Quinatoa Shulqui, Christian Fernando; Ortiz Sailema, Christian IsmaelThis research project proposes a Process Management System at "D' Marco" dairy company, due to the problem of processes carried out in a traditional way, as there is no documentation that serves as control and guidance, workers perform their activities based on experience which generates deficient processes, the final objective is to have a processes and procedures manual that establishes relevant documentation in an orderly and standardized way, thus promoting the control and continuous improvement of processes. The methodology followed for the project development has required a bibliographic research to establish theoretical bases on process management, then, field research was carried out, which included direct observation, an interview with the owner manager and surveys with the workers, evidencing the current situation of the tasks and activities performed in the company, with undefined processes and disorder in the execution of its activities due to the lack of adequate documentation. By identifying and classifying the processes, a process map was developed, which allowed a clear and structured visualization of their relationships. In addition to selecting the critical process of the company, through a comparison factors matrix. The survey of processes was carried out for the most demanded product, representing them through technical data sheets and flow charts, in addition to establishing indicators to measure and control each process. As a final result, a processes and procedures manual was developed, which describes in detail and orders the steps to be followed for the execution of the analyzed process, thus achieving standardization. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2023-09) Arias Guerra, Jorge Luis; López Arboleda, Jessica PaolaAn effective process management implementation in an industry is essential for productivity levels improving, focusing on guidelines which add value to processes, products or services and promote continuous improvement in operations, for customer satisfaction level increasing by beating their expectations and requirements. Through this research development, a process management model has been proposed for the fresh cheese production line at "Lácteos MENTUR" company. The process standardization absence and the employee’s frequent rotation have an impact on the work organization, resulting in production failures and loss of resources for the company. In this study, information was gathered on production process for fresh cheese manufacturing. Processes, subprocesses, and tasks carried out in all phases of production were identified, from reception to storage of the final product, and a process map was drawn up to get a better view of the current state of the organization. Based on these data, a procedures manual was proposed to establish an operations standardization for the fresh cheese production; this manual will not only help to improve the company's efficiency and productivity but will also be a guide for future studies and a tool to train and induct new employees with the purpose of optimizing resources and increasing productivity in general.Item Gestión de procesos en el área de producción de la empresa BAESC S.A.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. The objective is to develop a management by processes on the production plant in order to maintain a constant follow-up on the management of the resources that BAESC S.A. has. The present research approach, in the textile company BAESC S.A., determined that 23 products are offered, where the evaluation was obtained that, with an average annual sale of $122,438.36, the Spanish Cover is the product with the highest demand, the same that requires 6 main processes for its elaboration and these are: cutting, confection, padding, embroidery, final confection and packaging. For each of the work areas, a management indicator was developed that covers the need to keep track of the critical activities of the production plant. The procedures manual, as a regulatory means of the processes involved, was an important factor, due to the correct planning management of the use of resources present in the company BAESC S.A.Item Gestión por procesos en la línea de producción de yogurt de la empresa PROALPI MILAC(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Research development exposes a process management model for the yogurt production line of PROALPI MILAC company; the main problems of this organization lie in the fact that it does not define a standardized production due to the lack of key documentation that guides the operators to develop their activities in an optimal way, giving way to raw material waste increase and other resources related to production. The objective of this study is to provide the company with a documented process support with clear, concise and orderly information, so that operations can be performed in a systematic way; For this purpose, it was started by analyzing the current situation of the production line through a survey of information to identify the processes that are carried out for the yogurt manufacture, jointly with the process map of the company in order to have a concrete and global vision of all the processes of the organization, thus establishing mechanisms such as manuals, procedures, records and guides to better describe necessary tasks for yogurt production to improve the operators performance. Through this research the development, a process management model is proposed for the yogurt production line of "Lácteos AMILAC" company. In which, it was evidenced that the main problem of the organization is related to the work methods used by the operators to carry out their operations, since they are developed without an adequate control, due to poor organization of work; generating delays and errors in the production because of the lack of well-defined and standardized procedures, reflecting in waste for company. In such virtue, we started with a survey of the information and processes in order to make a diagnosis of the current situation of the company. In this survey it was identified that the yogurt production line is made up of the phases of preparation, mixing, packaging, and storage; and each of these phases is composed of their respective sub-processes, which were reflected in a process map of the organization, together with the strategic and support processes of the company. Finally, to generate the proposal for improving the production process, a procedures manual was prepared to standardize yogurt manufacturing operations through procedures, registers and instructions that will serve to train and guide personnel, while increasing productivity and optimizing company resources.Item Sistema de gestión por procesos en el laboratorio cosmético Omegalab(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2022-09) Tinajero Robalino, Esteban David; Ortiz Guerrero, Daysi MargaritaThis research proposes the development of a Process Management System for Omegalab Cosmetic Laboratory that will contribute favorably with workflow transformation by processes in an efficient and effective way, using this methodology the microenterprise can identify the productive activities, establish the relevant documentation, maintain control over its processes and participate in the continuous improvement as an organization. The processes identification currently being carried out in the microenterprise through direct observation together with an interview with the owner manager and surveys of workers showed that the organization maintains traditional methods, it does not have a process approach and activities carried out by the workers are not documented and are executed empirically, generating a lack of control that affects the results of the microenterprise. In accordance with the current situation, an analysis of the processes carried out in the organization was done, which were classified and captured in a process map. For production processes of most sold products, their elements were identified, their flow charts and detailed information was collected, in addition a time study was developed to complement the standardization and maintain the cycle time of each established process. As a result, a manual of processes and procedures was developed, detailing in an organized and structured manner how the analyzed processes will be executed, in addition to maintaining control through process indicators and ensuring compliance with the standardization. This research proposes a Process Management in the slaughtering line of MAG POLLO company, focused on operational procedures based on Good Poultry Practices; and mandatory procedures based on ISO 9001:2015, to meet quality specifications in processes, standardize, document activities, responsibility and objectives. First, the current situation of the company was analyzed through the survey of processes through the application of interviews, surveys and technical field visits; to subsequently understand the production line of slaughtered chicken, establishing a map of processes with their interrelationship. In addition, it was evidenced that they applied quality systems, but lacked control of records that were performed in the organization. Therefore, the development of indicators that measure the performance and performance of the organization which can be efficiency, effectiveness and results, in order to collect accurate data, also reliable to make decisions for their present and future where the weaknesses and strengths of MAG POLLO are discovered. As a final part, the processes and procedures manuals detailed information such as: purpose, scope, legal framework, glossary of terms, responsibilities, technical data sheet, procedures, flow chart, good practices, associated risks, production orders and records; its main purpose is the standardization of the processes in the slaughter line, complementing from the purchase of inputs to the sale of slaughtered chicken, allowing preventive and corrective actions against risks, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.Item Sistema de gestión por procesos en línea de producción de cuero de la empresa CETICUERO Curtiduría de la Ciudad de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial en Procesos de Automatización, 2020-01) Minchala Jara, Jeferson Eduardo; Reyes Vásquez, John PaulEsta investigación propone un Sistema de Gestión por Procesos en la línea de producción de cuero de la empresa Ceticuero Curtiduría, enfocados a los procedimientos operativos de esta empresa en base a la norma internacional SRT – Buenas Prácticas Industria del Cuero; y a los procedimientos obligatorios basados en la norma ISO 9001:2015, para estandarizar y documentar actividades, responsabilidad y objetivos de cada uno mediante la utilización de indicadores que midan el rendimiento y funcionalidad de la organización; estos indicadores pueden ser de eficacia, eficiencia y de resultados. Primero se tiene que conocer la situación actual de la empresa, mediante la utilización de encuestas, entrevista y por observación, por visitas técnicas en campo. Seguidamente se realiza un levantamiento de procesos para conocer la forma de la línea de producción de cuero procesado, estableciendo la estructura, organización, el mapa de procesos con sus respectivas interrelaciones y con los diagramas de flujo de procesos propuestos. Mediante el levantamiento de procesos y los diagramas de flujo se evidencia la inexistencia de control de las actividades que se realizan dentro de la organización, por ello la elaboración de indicadores para poder evaluar, medir y desarrollar las actividades que generan valor a la empresa. Finalmente la realización de manuales de procedimiento permite a la empresa mejorar notablemente, al interrelacionar los procesos productivos desde la adquisición y compra de materia prima hasta la venta de producto cuero terminado. Los procedimientos obligatorios permiten a la empresa prevenir y tomar acciones preventivas y correctivas frente a los riesgos que el personal interno y externo están expuestos. De tal forma que el sistema de gestión por procesos permite a la empresa trabajar adecuadamente satisfaciendo los requerimientos del cliente interno y externo al gestionar indicadores de eficiencia y eficacia productiva. This research proposes a Process Management System in the leather production line of the company Ceticuero Curtiduría, focused on the operating procedures of this company based on the international standard SRT - Good Practices Leather Industry; and to the mandatory procedures based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, to standardize and document each one's activities, responsibility and objectives through the use of indicators that measure the performance and functionality of the organization; These indicators can be of effectiveness, efficiency and results. First, the current situation of the company had to be known, through the use of surveys, interviews and observation, by technical visits in the field. Subsequently, a process survey was carried out to know the way in which the production of processed leather is carried out, establishing the organization structure, the process map with their respective interrelationships and with the proposed process flow diagrams. Through the lifting of processes and flow charts, the lack of control of the activities carried out within the organization is evidenced, therefore the development of indicators to evaluate, measure and develop the activities that generate value to the company. Finally, the realization of procedural manuals allows the company to improve notably by interrelating the production processes from the acquisition and purchase of raw materials to the sale of finished leather products. The mandatory procedures allow the company to prevent and take preventive and corrective actions against the risks that internal and external personnel are exposed. So that process management allows the company to work in order to meet the requirements of internal and external customers to manage indicators of efficiency and productive efficiency.
