Carrera de Ingeniería en Alimentos, 2021-09) Molina Pullutasig, Nataly Rocío; Franco Crespo, Christian DavidThis research project is focused on the analysis of the country's situation in terms of food policy, finding negative factors that have been carried over from previous years and have not been able to be reduced or eradicated despite the development of various projects. The main objective is to provide relevant information on food policy within the framework of food security, availability and sovereignty, the programs and proposals that have been carried out to eradicate the problems, and a comparison in relation to other countries. It is intended to know more fully the problems of malnutrition, poverty and food insecurity, and how it affects the population of the country and which are the most vulnerable groups. The aforementioned is described after a compilation of information after 2018, both nationally and internationally.
