    This document raises the issue: the organizational structure that affects the performance of departmental objectives in the area of statistics Ambato Regional Hospital, where there are several shortcomings because of the problem mentioned, there the current status of the organizational structure stands out in Statistical area of Ambato Regional Hospital also analyze compliance with departmental objectives in the area of statistics. For which it is proposed to carry out an organizational manual, which enables the achievement of objectives Departmental Area Statistics Regional Hospital Ambato, where the legal basis, mission, vision, different functions, structural organization and descriptions are determined of posts and the functions of the staff thus have a guide that allows the realization of different activities.
