    Hypertension obviously affect the quality of life of the sufferer to be this slow disease progression. Hypothyroidism triggers a hormonal imbalance that affects the patient who suffers, involving multiple health effects imbalanced. In this case an elderly patient, female, 69 years of age it suffering from Hypertension 8 years, Hypothyroidism 6 years ago, Diabetes Mellitushace 11 years, which is treated and control is presented, which affect to maintain a proper balance in their lifestyle, while causing further complications. During the investigation it became clear that the patient has emotional physical condition deteriorated by disease presented, in which different critical points identified risk factors that contributed to further complications that impair daily health by literature review appears different sources, interviews and analysis of clinical history, has managed to improve their lifestyle Mediate making a guide that presents the care they should take the patient based on the NIC and NOC activities. The guide designed for patients with hypertension and hypothyroidism in which prioritizes the needs presented, while helping to establish a balanced lifestyle to help improve the effects they present.

    Congenital hypothyroidism (HTC) is usually diagnosed through neonatal screening that identifies the EIM (Inborn Errors) in the first hours or days after birth. It is to obtain blood by pricking the heel or umbilical cord and sent to the laboratory neonatal screening; the result can be obtained after 5 days. Congenital hypothyroidism is the most common endocrine disease of childhood, is the one that produces the most devastating effects on growth and development. It represents one of the few causes of mental retardation that can be preventable if diagnosed and treated early. Thyroid hormones are essential, among other functions, for the brain development of the child / girl wearing deficiency to mental retardation if not corrected early. The treatment consists of hormone replacement through ingestion of thyroid hormones; it should be initiated in the first weeks of life and maintained for life In this paper the case of a pediatric male patient, the same as suffering from congenital hypothyroidism occurs. Where the beginning, evolution of the disease, because the disease is working to care for the family from the knowledge of the disease to date, serving as a source for promoting the realization of a guide for parents care detailed patient with this disease. Risk factors are analyzed and considered whether these could be modified in some way to improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
