Item Efecto de la hormona Agrodel en la propagación asexual de la mora de castilla (Rubus glaucus Benth)(2023-03) Arias Morales, Andrea Belen; Velástegui Espín, Giovanny PatricioThe present investigation was developed with the purpose of evaluating some factors that influence the development of the roots of blackberry cuttings with and without thorns, with the help of the product Agrodel for the stimulation of roots at doses recommended by the technical data sheet of the product, in different times of immersion of the cuttings in 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes, The plant material used was collected from the Yanahurco farmhouse in its branching stages, which were determined as primary, secondary and suckers (whip), the experimental design was used randomized blocks, where the results by means of the Tukey test at 5% showed a significant statistical difference with respect to the treatments, obtaining the following results in the parameters analyzed as root volume at an average of 0. 91 cm3 , for the number of new shoots it was determined that the A1E2I2 treatment (blackberry with thorn + secondary branch + hormone immersion in 30 minutes) showed a better result with an average of 3 new shoots per stake, in the case of root color the A1E1I1 treatment (blackberry with thorn + primary branch + hormone immersion in 15 minutes) presented an average of three stakes in the Brown color being this the most outstanding of the research, For the variable the number of days from the placement of the cuttings to sprouting presented a range of (11 to 35) days A1E2I2 (blackberry with thorn + secondary branch + hormone immersion in 30 minutes), the rooting percentage showed that the Agrodel product, due to its composition (gibberellic acid 630 ppm, zeatin 210 ppm, indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) 200 ppm, 1- naphthaleneacetic acid (ANA) 236 ppm), presented a blackberry rooting percentage of 33. 33% A1E1I1 (blackberry with thorn + primary branch + hormone immersion in 15 minutes) determining that this product is effective in the process of asexual multiplication by cuttings to obtain roots and vegetative development.
