Item El capital intelectual y la calidad de los servicios en el Ministerio de Salud Pública del Distrito 18D01(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Facultad de Ciencias Administrativas. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano, 2019) Aroca Llerena, Marco Arnaldo; Jiménez Castro, Wilson FernandoEl presente estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la relación del capital intelectual y la calidad de los servicios del Ministerio de salud pública Distrito 18D01 Ambato. Para ello, la metodología utilizada se encuentra dada bajo un enfoque cuali-cuantitativo, apoyada por una investigación bibliográfica y de campo, donde la primera ayudó a definir teóricamente las variables de estudio (capital intelectual y calidad de los servicios), mientras que a través de la investigación de campo se recabo información en el lugar donde ocurre el fenómeno problemático, en este caso se trabajó con dos poblaciones, la primera se estructuró con los clientes internos en un total de 293 personas, mientras que la segunda población fueron los clientes externos; es decir, los usuarios que acuden a los diferentes Centros de Salud que conforman el Distrito 18D01 del MSP que según la base de datos de la institución en promedio proporcional se atiende a un total de 3787 personas. Bajo este contexto y como principales hallazgos se pudo determinar problemas en el desarrollo del capital intelectual de la institución que está afectando al nivel de servicio; dado que, de acuerdo al criterio y las vivencias mismas experimentadas en los centros de salud por parte de los distintos usuarios presentan un nivel de servicio regular, situación que indudablemente constituye una debilidad para la institución pues esto genera desconfianza y una mala imagen en el usuario. Con estos antecedentes y como alternativa de solución al problema encontrado se recomienda diseñar un modelo de gestión del capital intelectual dentro del Distrito 18D01 del MSP con la finalidad de desarrollar competencias en el personal que ayude a mejorar la calidad de los servicios que se brindan.Item Capacitación empresarial y productividad laboral en las empresas que utilizan los productos del Servicio Ecuatoriano de Capacitación Profesional (SECAP).(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Raising as a general objective To determine the relationship between business training and labor productivity in companies that use the services of the institution, the methodology used was the quantitative approach because statistical models were used for testing hypotheses, the research methods used were the field, bibliographic and documentary, the level of relational research was used, the population was of 1080 employees trained by companies attended in training. The technique that was used in the present investigation is the survey with its instrument the questionnaire. To demonstrate the validity of the hypothesis, the applied statistical model was the Friedman test, by which the alternative hypothesis is accepted, which indicates that there is a significant relationship between SECAP training in companies in the province of Cotopaxi and the labor productivity Therefore, it is proposed to develop a comprehensive training plan for companies in the province of Cotopaxi that use SECAP services, which would improve the level of productivity of companies in the province of Cotopaxi.Item Diseño del procedimiento de reclutamiento y selección de personal bajo Normas ISO para el mejoramiento de la producción de las Empresas Carroceras de la Provincia de Tungurahua.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Located in the city of Ambato, a company dedicated to the construction of bodies, especially buses. To establish the diagnosis regarding the processes of recruitment and selection of personnel for the specific area of production, contact was made with the personnel of the area and the managers of the company. The methodology was applied with the qualitative and quantitative approach, since the staff analyzed their perception of the processes and also resorted to the analysis of statistical data of personnel requirements for the area, data that were taken in the company, becoming a field investigation. For the development of the work, it was important to locate bibliographical research on the subject. The data was collected through the survey technique, for which it was necessary to meet with the production staff and the managers an interview was applied. The proposal to establish recruitment and selection procedures for production, contributes to establish clear parameters of knowledge, skills and experience in the area of construction of bodies, allowing the company to summon the appropriate personnel to integrate their work team, who will sustain the quality and service provided by Davmotors Cía. Thus, the management of human talent seeks for the staff to identify the institution and their work to show efficient performance. Nowadays, not only the tangible assets of the institutions are taken into account, but it is also essential to focus on the most important asset that is human talent. This is why the present investigation has great relevance because it is focused on the labor commitment and the performance of the officials of the General Directorate of the Civil Registry Identification and Cedulation Zone 3. The research framework is structured based on a critical analysis of the problematic study in the General Directorate of the Civil Registry Identification and Cedulation Zone 3; and it includes determining factors in labor commitment and performance to generate knowledge and an alternative solution to the problem posed. The proposed objectives reveal if there is a relationship between work commitment and performance; in the same way in what level these variables are currently. Then, studies already carried out regarding the subject matter were researched and analyzed and the concepts of the two variables mentioned above were argued with a strong theoretical basis. The methodology of the research was carried out through a qualitative approach because it is a social phenomenon that involves the description of certain characteristics related to the work commitment of the public institution staff previously mentioned. For statistical procedures, a quantitative approach was applied to obtain measurable data and truthful results. This study is feasible since it was approved by the directors of this institution for which all the information and data obtained reflect the reality of the institution. The importance of this research is to contribute to the solution of problems that are directly linked to commitment and performance by designing a proposal.Item La capacitación del personal y el desempeño laboral(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Navarrete Villota, María José; Chávez Yépez, Howard FabiánThe issue of job training and its impact on the work performance of employees of Corporation Favorita C.A is novel, interesting and current, so the research on this reference was carried out. Finding training needs, which allow the development of viable alternatives to supplant these needs, constitute research purposes as well as proposals for the strengthening of work performance. For the investigative process, it was considered as a starting point, the study of the factors that affect the problem (causes and effects), as well as the antecedents that form the theoretical foundations; the diagnosis in the population and shows to know and determine indicators of work performance, which allow to develop alternatives such as the design of a comprehensive training system in the institution, to improve work performance. The research has a bibliographic and documentary source related to the two variables in order to obtain the theoretical foundation, as a basis for the beginning of the research work. The methodology used for the present investigation was a qualitative and quantitative approach, and the data analysis was performed in the Megamaxi to 100 employees that correspond to the representative sample of the total number of employees that are in the Institution. The compilation data was carried out through surveys using a standardized questionnaire as a tool, where the correlation between the two variables, the training and the work performance, could be established. Proposal is establishing processes in which different stages must be met, with emphasis on human and social development. The improvement of its resource in basic induction processes, career plan, evaluation, training and continuous training of its servers, on a par with the strategies and institutional development must be implemented, where the Institution may generate efficient and effective communication to strengthen the achievement of the objectives.Item El empoderamiento del personal administrativo y trabajadores como herramienta en el desarrollo organizacional de la Universidad Técnica de Ambato(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. In this regard, it is proposed to determine the relationship of the empowerment of administrative staff and workers as a tool in the organizational development of the Technical University of Ambato, taking as a reference the approaches of Robbins (2014), Hell Riegel and Slocum (2015), Ivancevich, et al (2016), who argue that; when talking about empowerment, reference is made to the delegation of authority and responsibility in the collaborators, with the purpose that the latter feel uniquely responsible and autonomous in their designated functions, which favors greater satisfaction, motivation and increase in self-esteem in the development of their functions. Assertive communication, team work and training directly influence the work performance of the staff, a restructuring of the administrative and academic units of the institution leads to a desired organizational development. To achieve the objectives set out in the institutions it is necessary to encourage teamwork, for which the training of leaders and the delegation of tasks will increase confidence in the members of the work units, generating empowerment and the capacity to make assertive decisions in the institution, compliance with the manuals issued by the university must comply with regulations of the institution and a revised Work Regulation. Generating new policies for the control and correct use of the image of the institution is one of the proposals that will generate an organizational and cultural change. Senior managers must have managerial skills for managing personnel. Achieving empathy in order to generate a good work environment is the task of all those who make up a work team, values and principles are an essential part of a person, hire integrated people, will make a difference.Item Las actividades repetitivas en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del Gobierno Provincial de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Armendáriz Larreátegui, Juan Manuel; Hurtado Yugcha, Jaqueline del PilarThis work presents an investigation about the relationship between repetitive activities and work performance. This study was carried out through a field investigation to the servants of the Provincial Government of Tungurahua and based on the survey carried out to 199 of them, important results were obtained that allowed to issue conclusions and recommendations. This study aimed to analyze the effects of repetitive activities and the level of complexity of these in relation to the work performance of workers, in addition to this it was possible to identify that there was a high index of lack of institutional commitment that analyzing with the levels of Motivation and incentives were identified that also influence performance. In the institution, workers have repetitive activities within their functions, which generates a problem in view of the fact that mistakes are made due to the fact that these activities are carried out mechanically, because by performing them on a daily basis they represent something already known and that they can even do it without being aware of it. In addition to this, a solution proposal was presented which, through a model of mindfulness, mindfulness, is a methodological tool investigated by Harvard University within its school of Psychology. With this aim is to reduce the identified indices, this tool within the emotional intelligence allows to generate concentration and awareness of all the activities that are carried out through the motivation of their creativity and the management of different solution alternatives for problems that can be present in the activities of workers. This model will last four months in which a chronogram, activities and responsible for the phases of the model was established, which is aimed at working in round tables between similar charges.Item El compromiso organizacional en la asociatividad del sector de limpieza de la Cámara de Economía Popular y Solidaria de Tungurahua(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Fernández Hidalgo, María Isabel; Mejía Vayas, Carlos VinicioThe research project is related to the organizational commitment in the associativity of the cleaning sector of the Chamber of Popular Economy and solidary of Tungurahua. In which, we can say that organizational commitment affects associativity because it can generate a good or poor job performance and not being properly managed in the organizations generates in the partners the disloyalty, the little commitment and corporate identity. In addition, sometimes the partner may perceive that he is not enjoying benefits simply change to another association that is going through pleasant moments such as a good work environment. From the perspective of the methodology, a survey was carried out for the data collection, afterwards the tabulation, graph and the analysis and interpretation of results was performed, where, the following was obtained: 32.14% evidenced that the financial information Allows adequate decision-making, with respect to equity and democracy of each of the members 27.86% have stated that sometimes it is possible to maintain equity in the institution. From the point of view of the associativity, 33.57% think that sometimes if there have been organizational conflicts and problems in the association so we must identify weaknesses that allow reducing this type of aspect. In order to solve the problem, a Strategic Action Plan has been proposed to improve the organizational commitment in the associativity of the cleaning sector of the Popular and Solidarity Economy Chamber of Tungurahua. It contains strategies capable of sharing values, identification with the mission and vision among managers and collaborators, developing an excellent work performance, applying factors of teamwork, a good organizational climate and business communication, with the aim of achieving a high degree of satisfaction and business coexistence.Item Satisfacción laboral y la gestión administrativa de los GADs Municipales de la provincia de Tungurahua.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Pérez Gavilanes, Alexandra del Carmen; Guerrero Velasteguí, César AndrésThis investigation has as variables of study the labor satisfaction and the administrative management in the Municipal GADs of Tungurahua, the spatial delimitation was the Municipal Governments San Cristóbal de Patate and the Municipal GAD of the Canton Cevallos, Its objective was to determine the influence of job satisfaction in the Administrative Management of the Municipal GADs of the province of Tungurahua. The research carried out was of a quantitative approach, a basic type of descriptive level. The study population consisted of 172 public servants and a sample of 119, distributed proportionally for each municipality, ie 50 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and 69 for the Municipal GAD San Cristóbal de Patate, data collection took it conducted with the survey technique and the instrument applied was the questionnaire, through which it was possible to gather information about the study variables, job satisfaction and administrative management. The analysis and interpretation of results was done individually for both the Municipal GAD of Cevallos and the GAD Municipal San Cristóbal de Patate, for the statistical analysis applied the SPSS computer system for testing hypothesis. The result of the investigation demonstrates the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.037 for the Municipal GAD of Patate; and the existence of a high correlation and significance with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.054 for the Municipal GAD of Cevallos, confirming the relationship between job satisfaction and administrative management in each of the municipalities under study.Item Metodología para evaluar la satisfacción laboral y el desempeño de los trabajadores en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de Biblián.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. Maestría en Gestión del Talento Humano., 2018) Vélez Ochoa, María Soledad; Guamán Guevara, María DoloresThe present work is carried out with the purpose of proposing a methodology for the improvement of the labor satisfaction and the performance of the workers of the Autonomous Decentralized Government of Biblián. Work well-being is one of the most important elements in the management of human talent in organizations, which is why we must work to exceed the expectations and needs of workers. The state of the art is first developed on the management of human talent, labor wellbeing, the satisfaction of workers and performance, which allows to build the theoretical framework that sustains from the scientific point of view of research. The diagnosis made in the GAD Biblián shows that there are insufficiencies that cause dissatisfaction in the workers as a child: the workers are not proud of the work that they do, they consider that the working conditions are not optimal, the relations between the bosses and subordinates must improve, the workers are not satisfied with the salary they receive, they consider that interpersonal relationships are not good and that they also do not participate in decision-making. It is proposed an improvement plan aimed at eliminating or mitigating all the elements that influence the satisfaction of the workers and therefore in their performance, the proposed actions will be taxed to the improvement of the satisfaction of the workers and their performance.
