    La multifuncionalidad en espacios reducidos

    The current situation with respect to small spaces in housing is a phenomenon that has been gradually increasing in recent years, whether due to urban densification, the cases of available services and the reduction in costs, in any case these spaces form part of a social problem that results in homes that barely meet the minimum dimensions, habitability which means that most of the cases cannot provide a quality of life suitable for the user. The objective of the project is to establish a model of multifunctional system that is adaptable to spaces of reduced dimensions. To know what is presented, how to use the use of modulation and multifunctional mechanisms, are applied in order to create a comfortable and user-friendly environment, for which it is essential to take into account, among other factors, the following: the materials, the methods of the construction, the needs and characteristics of the user, the aspects of feasibility in the context of which the problem is solved. Components that influence the foundation of the theme and contribute to the design of the final proposal.

    Estudio de maderas en acabados interiores y mobiliario para conjuntos habitacionales en Ambato

    The present research project is based on the problems existing in the interior spaces of housing in housing complexes of the city of Ambato, where the use of wood as material for the design and construction of furniture and ended limited. The main objective is the study of the different types of wood that exist in our environment, their physical characteristics and the benefits they bring to the comfort and functionality of the interior space of housing. On the other hand, the results obtained through the research, aim to promote the use of wood as a comfortable, durable, aesthetic and traditional design element, providing the user with an environment with better furniture and finishes, improving the feeling of habitability. These first fruits are based on the investigative background and the information collected resulting from the surveys applied to the users of the Mirador Santa Rosa Complex houses and experts in modeling, construction and wood design. In this sense, it is evident the feasibility of using this material for construction, design and decoration, since its aesthetic and functional qualities, such as strength, durability, hardness, etc., are suitable for furniture and finishes. Quality, that will maintain its functions, cozy sensations and beauty during much more than other materials. The intervention will cover all the spaces of the building (living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, etc), including furniture, doors, windows and floors. By means of wood, as the material of design, the furniture models are established specifically adapted to the spaces of this type dwelling; Considering first the needs of the users and the functional requirements of the building. The previous analysis of the different types of wood allows establishing that, due to their qualities, they are the most suitable for the design and the adequacy of the elements of the house and that best satisfy the user; Being perfectly applicable in the rest of houses that make up the housing complex.

    Estudio ergonómico de los espacios interiores del GAD municipal del Cantón Pastaza y el fortalecimiento del servicio público a los usuarios

    In the research project, redesigning of internal spaces is being dealt through an ergonomic analysis of the spaces already mentioned inside the Municipal GAD of the Pastaza canton, with the aim which allows to develop an appropriate users service. By the application of a field research, in which surveys were made to the administrative personal and to the users as well, it was easy to identify the current distribution of each of the offices that this institution counts on, that does not have an ergonomic furniture and even some are obsolete, the distribution and functionality is not the appropriate, it is for that reason recommendable to redesign the internal spaces whit the purpose to optimize the space, achieving with the ergonomic main characteristics and space functionality, including to this the current materials according to the time when we develop it, setting the appropriate furniture for the area and staff existing.

    Diseño de espacios interiores para el desarrollo de actividades educativas en el centro infantil del buen vivir "angelitos soñadores" del canton Cevallos,

    The design of interior spaces for the development of educational activities at the Children's Center of Good Living seeks to redesign existing to provide children, healthy and comfortable environments girls spaces. The overall objective of this study was to determine whether the current interior spaces contribute to the development of educational activities through field research through a survey of the five teachers who work in the institution was learned that the current indoor not they are functional and not keep harmony with the provision of the existing equipment, since they have never been distributed technically therefore has not been able to make the most of the infrastructure, affecting the conduct of educational activities, as children do not bring comfort in their body positions when using the tables and chairs in the classroom, even worse, the insecurity that run using health services that are not appropriate to the size of the children size. Teachers and officials working in these school say it is necessary to reorganize the interior design to ensure the safety and conducting educational activities for children and thus ensure the continuation of their educational preparation successfully. Therefore, it is proposed to design interior spaces that contribute to the development of educational activities for which a detailed analysis of the space to determine the need for spaces for educational activities in order to distribute and organize them based on functionality was performed, order and comfort; subsequently optimizing the interior natural light, ventilation through open spaces to generate playful and pleasant environment, implementing measures and according to age of children for each area designed ergonomic furniture. Finally, we proceeded to digitize the design proposal for a final design perspective

    Los espacios interiores y su influencia en los servicios de atención integral de los pacientes de la clínica Santa María de la ciudad de Ambato

    The main objective of this research project is to adapt the interior design of integrated care area clinic Santa Maria in the city of Ambato, by applying the technical standard Interior Finishes Hospital to improve free movement and universal access patient care, via an appropriate diagnosis to establish the aspects that need improvement. The type of study was descriptive, because the intersection of information for describing each of the research variables was established and is also retrospective, because an analysis models interior spaces and their influence will be made in care services holistic health in recent months, to propose a viable alternative for 2015, and the association of variables in which the relationship between the dependent and independent, notably the redesign of the interior, as an alternative was determined performed for a change of mentality with regard to practical, accessible and functional design to the public. Techniques were used to access the necessary information through data collection instruments such as questionnaire survey was applied to two groups relevant to the initial investigation, such as patients Santa Maria Clinic and their families, and from another perspective to the employees of the nursing home made up of doctors, nurses and service personnel, who also frequent use and all care areas of the hospital, once tabulated the information can reach the conclusions and recommendations.     Los espacios interiores y la atención al cliente de la empresa correos del Ecuador en la ciudad de Ambato

    El análisis de los espacios interiores y la atención al cliente de la empresa de los Correos del Ecuador de la Ciudad de Ambato, tuvo como objetivo analizar, estudiar, identificar y proponer espacios interiores que permita realizar un eficiente desempeño laboral realizando sus actividades diarias y brindando una adecuada atención al cliente. Mediante una investigación de campo se realizó encuestas al personal de la empresa como a sus clientes, se puedo identificar los espacios interiores como gerencia, contabilidad, recepción y entrega de documentos y paquetería, bodega y apartados postales, son espacios improvisados en la edificación ocasionando inconvenientes en sus áreas como la circulación, organización de documentos, un correcto almacenaje de paquetería, dimensiones no adecuadas para cada espacio, mobiliario no ergonómico para las personas y pisos en estado crítico, por esta razón se recomienda reestructurar los espacios interiores con dimensiones aptas la misma que permitirá un desenvolvimiento y una circulación óptima para las personas, además con la incorporación de materiales nuevos en acabados y mobiliario ergonómico y diseñado para cada persona.

    Propuesta de rediseño interior del conjunto habitacional Los rosales y su incidencia en el confort de los residentes del barrio San Antonio de la ciudad de Ambato

    La propuesta de re-diseño arquitectónico exterior e interior del conjunto habitacional Los Rosales y su incidencia en el confort de los residentes, del barrio San Antonio de la ciudad de Ambato, tuvo como objetivo analizar, estudiar, identificar, planificar y proponer espacios exteriores e interiores que permitan a los residentes y en espacial los con discapacidad física, personas parapléjicas que utilizan silla de ruedas como medio para desplazarse puedan, acceder y desenvolverse con facilidad, autonomía y confort cuando desarrollen actividades cotidianas como: sociabilización, descanso, alimentación, pernoctación y necesidades biológicas, etc. Mediante una investigación de campo a través de encuestas aplicadas a los residentes del conjunto habitacional, se pudo determinar que las dependencias externas e internas como la parqueaderos, juegos infantiles, cocina, comedor, cocina, baño, sala y dormitorios respectivamente poseen inconvenientes de falta de estudios de ergonomía, antropometría, confort y accesibilidad universal lo cual conlleva a accesos limitados, mobiliario no ergonómico para este tipo de discapacidad y circulación deficiente, centralizada que genera una aglutinación en los espacios; por esta razón se recomienda planificar los espacios exteriores e interiores con dimensiones establecidas en las normas NTE INEN regidas por el CONADIS las mismas que permitirán el desenvolvimiento y circulación optima de las personas con discapacidad física y normas de los cabildos en los cuales se planifiquen proyectos de cualquier tipología ya sea residencial, administrativa, educativa u otras, así también como la incorporación de normas técnicas para acabados, materiales con texturas antideslizantes, mobiliario ergonómico, medidas antropométricas, confort térmico, lumínico y acústico, que mejoren y garanticen un bienestar y una calidad de vida de las personas que optan por vivir en este tipo de espacios.
