This research is framed to interior spaces, the use of restaurants focused on a musical ethno style, where the culture of Cotacachi be enriched, so proper use of the heritage site, there are a considerable number of restaurants in the urban area, but unfortunately environments are evident as only the service, and leaving aside the musical history of where they have shining examples talents of Ecuadorian music, the lack of interest of citizens as to give you know the musical history of the city where I was born, has led to a series of nonconformities become evident in the population and tourists visiting the city, a field research was developed, and also by collecting bibliographical sources, it was possible to collect accurate information for the realization of this proposal, surveys were applied to residents and tourists in terms of tastes and preferences that serve as pillars for the design of the restaurant with a etnomusical style, benefits for the inhabitants of the urban area and tourists high impact is due to be released musical history with a different restaurant to others linked strictly to maintain the cultural and musical roots of the canton.
