MARÍA JUDITHThe present investigation sought about work motivation and the impact that this has on work performance of the Administrative staff Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) Canton Municipal Pujilí, having made the necessary studies both in the methodological part, as a theoretical and practice. The information was obtained through studies and feasibility of realization within the Municipal GAD Canton Pujilí, for which studies the working environment was conducted within the organization, basing on each role played by employees working in that area for a analysis of the factors determining motivation. Within the public company performance indicators Labor with which evaluated the personnel working within the administrative area, in order to detect weaknesses and strengths in order to propose opportunities and threats that may occur in the future are analyzed. Finally a suitable solution to the problem of motivation and job performance impact of the Administrative staff GAD Canton Municipal Pujilí order to be approved and implemented was performed.
