This paper aims to understand the current situation in the business of our city, regarding the ergonomic conditions of employment. To this effect was taken as a case study Agrocueros Company SA Canton Ambato, Tungurahua province. The objective of this research is to determine the impact of ergonomic factors and their influence on job performance. The study focused primarily on the evaluation of the following points, lighting, temperature, dimensions of job positions discomfort expressed by the staff evaluated, relaxation exercises and stretching of limbs most commonly used for production within the Company. Moreover, it was necessary to design a questionnaire for collecting data for each worker in the production area and administrative, once identified and evaluated risk factors in a sample of 47colaboradores (40 production and 7 administrative) are result was that ergonomic problems if it affects the performance of employees, also the lack of training on ergonomic risk factors and the absence of a manual handling ergonomic exercises and techniques to improve work performance in collaborating company.
