This detailed research related manner and specifies the importance of performance evaluation and job performance in the Administrative Area Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Municipality of the canton San Pedro de Pelileo. Performance evaluation is determined based on the format established by the Ministry of Labor Relations of Ecuador using these results the performance of employees is determined and in turn will reveal indirectly same satisfaction in their jobs contemplating the global thereof, analyzing the results can pose suitable strategies to improve and streamline processes, was so the development of the toolkit feedback processes performance evaluation for employees of the administrative area of the Autonomous Government Decentralized Municipal raised San Pedro de Pelileo canton where in detail the parameters evaluated in the SENRES-EVAL-01 form is drawn.
