    his paper aims to survey information necessary for the creation of an appropriate structure of the manual functions, which contains relevant information about the defects and responsibilities of each job, in order to improve levels of job performance employees of the company, drawing and making maximum use of resources provided by the same, facilitating the management of time and motion to perform each of the tasks entrusted to reflect this in the achievement of goals and objectives for the shoe company OLPI . This research was conducted to solve a caused by the lack of manual functions at the shoe company "OLPI" of Ambato, problem beneficiaries of this research will directly managers, employees and customers in general, the current thesis has been made based on much research and field; in which the problem affecting the organization and the consequences that could arise is highlighted. Current research will serve as a guide to facilitate maximum work performance of all its employees and will be useful for all members of the organization in the performance of its functions, the measurement of the teacher as a guide in building new knowledge both in class activities and the development of the proposed theme and can serve as a source of reference for anyone interested in the subject.
