    The investigation is about of the family environment and its influence on the job performance personnel of the Southern District Tungurahua Police Sub Zone No. 18, Was analyzed the Family environment and specific aspects as the emotional instability and problems that can cause an unstable environment; the work performance relative to the organizational climate and Human Resource Management. Also was investigated aspects as the level of satisfaction, performance evaluation. Then relate these two variables that allowed test a hypothesis. A plan was made to improve the family environment that optimizes the work performance correcting all the causes that lead to have inadequate family environment. This will be benefit to the authorities, staff and users of the institution
