dc.descriptionThe purpose of the subsequent study was to ascertain the prevalence of internal communication in the work output of the staff of the Administrative Area of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute IESS in Ambato city from Tungurahua Province. The investigation's findings demonstrate that poor communication has a significant negative impact on the productivity of the administrative staff. The key categories and indicators for the development of a questionnaire the same one used through the survey technique and applied to a population of 58 workers were determined in an operationalization matrix, where the concepts of each variable were transferred. Thus, the alternative hypothesis was accepted after a statistical analysis was conducted using the SPSS software to process the data. The Chi square test was used, with 16 degrees of freedom and 95% reliability. As a result, it was determined that internal communication has an impact on how well employees perform their jobs because messages are not conveyed efficiently and because there are no ongoing communication processes due to the lack of periodic measurements that evaluate them. The vast majority complete the work outside of working hours, assuming that the employees become fatigued and their performance at work suffers as a result of the hostile environment that is created by incomplete information and resulting disinterest in the tasks assigned to themes_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se enfocó en determinar la incidencia de la comunicación interna en el desempeño laboral de los empleados del Área Administrativa del Instituto Ecuatoriano de Seguridad Social, Cantón Ambato, Provincia Tungurahua, el desarrollo de la investigación se evidencia que existe deficiente comunicación y afecta significativamente en el área administrativa al colaborador en su desempeño. Los conceptos de cada variable fueron trasladados a una matriz de operacionalización, en la cual se determinó las categorías e indicadores claves para la elaboración de un cuestionario, el mismo utilizado mediante la técnica de encuesta y aplicado a una población de 58 colaboradores. Se realizó un análisis estadístico en donde para procesar los resultados se usó el software SPSS, por medio del Chi cuadrado, con el grado de libertad 16 y 95% de confiabilidad se aceptó la hipótesis alternativa. De esta manera se concluyó que la comunicación interna incide en el desempeño laboral, dado que los mensajes no se transmiten de una manera efectiva, ya que no existen mediciones periódicas que evalúen la comunicación , creando que no exista un proceso continuo de comunicación, debido a que se crea un ambiente hostil al no haber la correcta información, provoca desinterés por el trabajo que se les asigna en su gran mayoría, lo concluyen fuera de su horario laboral, estimando que los empleados se cansan y su desempeño laboral baja.es_ES
