The healthcare sector has relied on digital technologies as a key tool for improving healthcare services, which has driven the development and analysis of medical marketing in the scientific field. In this context, the objective of this study is to conduct a bibliometric mapping of scientific publications on medical marketing published between January 2020 and May 2025. The research was conducted using a quantitative and descriptive approach, based on the analysis of 58 documents that meet established standards. Tools such as Microsoft Excel and R Studio were used for data processing and analysis, allowing the data to be systematized and organized in a structured manner. The resulting database reveals the main metrics analyzed, including year of publicación, productivity per author, institutional affiliation, relevant sources, scientific output by country, keywords, and the collaboration network. The results indicate that 2022 recorded the highest number of publications, with the keywords “health care” and “marketing” standing out within the scientific collaboration network. Finally, medical marketing aims to highlight scientific output; bibliometrics is an essential tool for tracking technological trends in today’s medical mapping ecosystem. This approach allows us to identify the contributions with the greatest impact by highlighting the largest volume of data in emerging fields of knowledge between 2020 and the first quarter of 2025.
