Abstract
The present experimental project has the purpose of facilitating the information of a
type treatment plant for industrial water coming from jean laundry and dyeing, its high
efficiency and its construction model.
Previously a data collection of all the dryers and dryers of jean with each one of its
analyzes of the effluent expelled by these plants was carried out, in order to design a
type treatment plant with average representative flow, that complies with the parameters
of DBO , DQO, SST, Ph, Turbiedad that specifies to us the TULSMA and the
Ecuadorian Code for the Design of the Construction of Sanitary Works - Standard CO
10.7 - 601 supply of drinking water and wastewater disposal in the urban area.
This experimental research analyzes the efficiency obtained by the treatment plant type
for each one of the proposed treatments, being used as preliminary treatment a desander
channel, grid and a parshall channel; As a primary treatment we have a homogenizing
tank and a primary sedimentation tank, we have a (DAF) flocculating tank by means of
dissolved air flotation as a secondary treatment and finally an UASB anaerobic upflow
reactor in sludge mantle as a tertiary treatment.
We carried out 10 runs with tributary and effluent sample in our type treatment plant.
Samples to check the efficiency of our type plant were obtained from a Jean laundry and
dry cleaner chosen at random.
Description
El presente proyecto experimental tiene la finalidad de facilitar la información de una
planta de tratamiento tipo para aguas industriales provenientes de lavanderías y
tintorerías de jean, su alta eficiencia y su modelo de construcción.
Previamente se realizó una recolección de datos de todas las lavanderías y tintorerías de
jean con cada uno de sus análisis del efluente expulsado por estas plantas, con el fin de
diseñar una planta de tratamiento tipo con caudal medio representativo, que cumpla con
los parámetros de DBO, DQO, SST, Ph, Turbiedad que nos especifica el TULSMA y el
Código Ecuatoriano para el Diseño de la Construcción de Obras Sanitarias - Norma CO
10.7 – 601 abastecimiento de agua potable y eliminación de aguas residuales en el área
urbana.
Esta investigación experimental analiza la eficiencia obtenida por la planta de
tratamiento tipo por cada uno de los tratamientos propuestos, siendo utilizado como
tratamiento preliminar un canal desarenador, rejilla y un canal parshall; como
tratamiento primario tenemos un tanque homogeneizador y un tanque de sedimentación
primaria, posterior tenemos un (DAF) tanque floculador mediante flotación de aire
disuelto como tratamiento secundario y finalmente un (UASB) Reactor anaerobio de
flujo ascendente en manto de lodos como tratamiento terciario.
Se realizaron 10 corridas con muestra de afluente y efluente en nuestra planta de
tratamiento tipo
Las muestras para comprobar la eficiencia de nuestra planta tipo fueron obtenidas de
una lavandería y tintorería de Jean escogida en forma aleatoria.
