Abstract
El presente proyecto se desarrolló en la organización EMPROVIT CIA LTDA.,
ubicada en la ciudad de Ambato cuenta con 3 sucursales; en el centro de la ciudad,
Huachi Chico y en Miraflores, y se dedica a la distribución de productos de consumo
masivo a la población ambateña a precios accesibles al público.
El presente trabajo de investigación busca encontrar la relación que existe entre el
clima laboral, ya que es un factor importante pues la satisfacción de un colaborador en
su ámbito de trabajo y esto se reflejará en la productividad de la organización, que es
un indicador clave en el posicionamiento y progreso de esta, y que incluso se refleja
en el cliente externo, y a nivel total, el talento humano cubre todas las áreas, y es pilar
fundamental de una empresa.
En el presente proyecto de investigación se usó la metodología de investigación
mediante el uso de encuestas de satisfacción interna a los colaboradores, así mismo se
tabulo la información con uno de programas estadísticos para obtener los resultados,
se obtuvo una clara visión de lo que sucede dentro de la organización.
Se propuso diferentes planes a la organización para la mejora continua, pero entre ellos
destaca el plan de charlas e instrucción al personal, de esta forma se busca que muchos
colaboradores se conozcan entre ellos, y compartan algo de por medio, así la
organización creará ese sentido de pertenencia a la misma, y fomentar el trabajo en
equipo que es una de las fuerzas principales que mueve a la misma.
Description
As it is stated, World is growing and changing continually since a lot of changes are
happening nowadays, most of the decisions are changing how things used to be, and
used to work, and people have to accept that changes in order to evolve, we will never
be the same if we stayed at some points in our lives, we, as the owners of our faith,
have to make the choices, and if we screw it up, we have to accept to consequences of
our decisions, that also happens when you manage a corporation.
Business administration tends to change over and over, and the special thing about is,
we know how things works in a company, but what we are thought doesn’t work
always, that’s why business administrators tend to be one step ahead, they must plan
every step the company takes in order they can have control what is going to happen
next. Nowadays, is well-known that most companies do not have a good human
resource management, which is why their goals take more time that the usual planned,
but some companies don’t even have a goal to achieve, and this is concerning since
companies play an important role in the society.
So, this project focus on how management can change the curse of a company, and
how it will benefit them, so they can achieve goals, this project expects to help in a
long-term to the company, by providing them an example of how things at work can
change when everyone around you changes, it will not only help them to find their
value in the company, but it will provide the company an important asset.
A business can’t run without a soul, there is always a motive that makes it functional,
is a mix of all the resources in the company, and on top of that, is the human resource
which is the one that make things happen
