dc.descriptionEn el presente proyecto se realizó el diseño y construcción de una máquina inyectora de plástico con la capacidad de fabricar piezas de hasta 50 gramos de peso, para la empresa “D&J SECOIN CIA. LTDA.” de la ciudad de Quito. Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se ha considerado el costo y tamaño de la máquina, por tal motivo se realizó un estudio de los métodos de inyección y de la forma de las máquinas inyectoras para esto se realizado un análisis de las alternativas y con ello establecer la opción más idónea de diseño. Se realizó los cálculos de todas las partes mecánicas y la selección de los elementos que integran la máquina, posteriormente se realizó pruebas de funcionamiento para poder determinar velocidad de avance, temperatura de plastificación, tiempo de inyección y enfriamiento, también se ha realizado un manual de operación y mantenimiento de la máquina para brindar seguridad al operario y un adecuado funcionamiento. Se elaboró los planos correspondientes para la construcción de la maquina inyectora.es_ES
dc.description.abstractIn the present project the design and construction of a plastic injection machine with the capacity to manufacture pieces of up to 50 grams of weight for the company “D & J SECOIN CIA. LTDA.” of the city of Quito. For the development of this work has been considered the cost and size of the machine, for that reason a study of the injection methods and the form of the injection machines was carried out. This was carried out an analysis of the alternatives and with this to establish the most suitable design option. The calculations of all the mechanical parts and the selection of the elements that integrated the machine were carried out, after which performance tests were carried out to determine the feed rate, plastification temperature, injection time and cooling. There has also been a manual of operation and maintenance of the machine to provide safety to the operator and proper operation. The corresponding plans for the construction of the injection machine were elaborated.es_ES
