| dc.description | This research project is focused on the development of the local gastronomic culture of the Atahualpa parish located in the Ambato canton of the province of Tungurahua, it can be used to promote and develop new tourism strategies. The project tries to theoretically support the variables that exist in it and for this a bibliographical exploration was used, which were framed in a qualitative research context with the methods of interviews and signings. Through the compilation made to the managers or those in charge of the different establishments, the Autonomous Decentralized Parish Government was able to detect several establishments that were created or were not taken into consideration, since with this they can assist and contribute to the Parish tourism development. Finally, through the research project, a compendium of culinary establishments that exist in the parish of Atahualpa will be made to use them and create a digital magazine that proposes the gastronomic dishes that each establishment has. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto de investigación está enfocado en el desarrollo de la cultura gastronómica local de la parroquia Atahualpa ubicada en el cantón Ambato de la provincia de Tungurahua, la misma puede ser utilizada para potenciar y desarrollar nuevas estrategias de turismo. El proyecto trata de sustentar teóricamente las variables que en el mismo existe y para ello se empleó una exploración bibliográfica las cuales fueron enmarcadas a un contexto de investigación cualitativa con los métodos de entrevistas y fichajes. A través de la recopilación efectuada a los gerentes o encargados de los distintos establecimientos, el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial logro detectar varios establecimientos que se crearon o no tenían en consideración, pues con ello pueden asistir y contribuir al desarrollo turístico Parroquial. Finalmente, a través del proyecto investigativo se realizará un compendio de establecimientos culinarios que existen en la parroquia de Atahualpa para usarlos y crear una revista digital que proponga los platillos gastronómicos que en cada establecimiento posea. | es_ES |
