Description: | The present research work with the theme "Plasticine for meaningful learning in children of the Initial level II, fits the line of research social and educational behaviors, aims to analyze the use of plasticine in the meaningful learning of children. Children of the Initial level II of the Educational Unit "La Inmaculada", through the review of different theoretical references and identifying the importance of the use of plasticine in the activities planned by the teachers and making their respective analysis. It is a research with a qualitative approach, of a basic type, with an emergent design, a descriptive and correlational scope. The techniques used were the interview and the observation and as instruments the interview script was used, which consisted of 6 open questions addressed to the teachers of Initial Education II and the observation sheet with 6 items used for the observation of the children, which They were validated by 3 experts specialized in the field and applied to 2 teachers and 15 children of initial II. The results indicate that teachers plan the use of plasticine within their activities, considering the use of this material important for the development of fine motor skills in children and also contributing to the significant learning of children |
