Descripción : The research project study, conceptualization, analysis and pilot experimentation of the economy in community clusters in the province of Tungurahua against COVID-19, when the pandemic caused by (COVID-19) began, in order to provide help to the agricultural sector tungurahuense in the marketing of their products using digital platforms. Currently, the teachers of the Technical University of Ambato, hand in hand with the provincial government, are creating applications in which farmers can participate. It is for this reason that this research work has focused on analyzing the use of digital marketing tools in the agricultural sector of the province of Tungurahua and identifying to what extent the health crisis has affected the present sector. The results of the analysis have shown the problems that farmers have been facing since the start of the pandemic and how difficult it has been for them to enter the technological world. In addition, it was learned that the agricultural sector has been producing an increase in the price of products due to lack of liquidity. Thus, the proposal resulting from the investigation led me to distinguish that the use of digital marketing tools has helped a large number of farmers to sell their products. On the other hand, it has been shown that in some rural areas they do not have the technological means to continue marketing the products, which has caused extreme poverty.
