Resumen : El sector turístico atraviesa una etapa demasiado compleja y aún más en la fase de crisis como es el COVID-19, virus que ha llevado muchas vidas humanas, sin embargo, no se ha podido controlar, pues hasta el día de hoy los casos de contagio siguen en aumento, por tal razón se ha impuesto restricciones de movilidad al mismo tiempo que el turismo se ha visto afectado y presenta mayor dificultad a una pronta recuperación. Como se mencionó el turismo es uno de los sectores más afectados, aeropuertos, hoteles cerrados y restricciones de viajes, se observa en todos los países. Un impacto sin precedentes llevó a una disminución de turistas tanto nacionales como extranjeros durante el año 2020. De donde resulta un descenso durante el primer trimestre del año 2020 del 22 por ciento. Esto significa una pérdida de turistas internacionales. Por consiguiente, el empleo de las personas dependientes, así como independientes del turismo van entre 100 a 120 trabajadores en peligro de desempleo. La economía del sector turismo estima que en marzo del 2021 es cuando se recuperará y exista una mejor predisposición en viajar. De manera que el marketing relacional ayudará al desarrollo de estrategias que apoyen al sector turístico, mismo que se creará a través de encuestas, las estrategias de marketing relacional alcanzarán la fidelización de los clientes, mantenerlos leales y tener una relación a largo plazo, de igual modo el turismo rural es una gran vía que el Ministerio de Turismo lo está considerando a implementar.
Descripción : The tourism sector is going through a too complex stage and even more so in the crisis phase such as COVID-19, a virus that has taken many human lives, however, it has not been possible to control, because until today the cases of contagion They continue to increase, for this reason mobility restrictions have been imposed at the same time that tourism has been affected and presents greater difficulty to a speedy recovery. As mentioned, tourism is one of the most affected sectors, airports, closed hotels and travel restrictions, it is observed in all countries. An unprecedented impact, led to a decrease in both domestic and foreign tourists during 2020. Hence a decrease during the first quarter of 2020 of 22 percent. This means a loss of international tourists. Consequently, the employment of dependent persons as well as independent of tourism ranges between 100 to 120 of workers in danger of unemployment. The economy of the tourism sector estimates that March 2021 is when it will recover and there is a better predisposition to travel. So that relationship marketing will help the development of strategies that support the tourism sector, which will be created through surveys, relationship marketing strategies will achieve customer loyalty, keep them loyal and have a long-term relationship, just as Rural tourism is a great way that the Ministry of Tourism is considering it to implement.
