“Síndrome de burnout y funcionamiento familiar”

Abstract

The objective of this presente investigation is to determine tha relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and family functioning in the oil workers of the Quiroz&Quiroz company in the province of Sucumbios in the Shushuifindi Canton, it was worked with 100 workers of which 2 are women and 98 men in ages between 22 and 50 years who were evaluated by aplication of two psychological reagents. First the Questionnaire for the evaluation of burning for Work síndrome (CESQT) was used which 4 scales were evaluated, thefamily functional Questionnaire (FFSIL) was applied which the type of families. Once the evaluation was completed, the data were processed by using the SPSS statistical program through the Chi Square test(X2) determinated that the Burnout Syndrome itis not related to family functioning
