dc.descriptionEl objetivo de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre el Síndrome de Burnout y el Funcionamiento Familiar en los trabajadores petroleros de la Compañía Quiroz&Quiroz en la provincia de Sucumbíos en el Cantón Shushufindi. Se trabajó con un total de 100 trabajadores de los cuales 2 son mujeres y 98 hombres en edades comprendidas entre los 22 y 50 años quienes se evaluaron mediante la aplicación de dos reactivos psicológicos. En primer lugar se utilizó el Cuestionario para la evaluación de Síndrome de quemarse por el trabajo (CESQT) en el cual evaluó cuatro escalas. Posteriormente se aplicó el Cuestionario de Funcionamiento Familiar (FFSIL) que evaluó los tipos de familias , una vez culminada la evaluación se procesaron los datos mediante la utilización del programa estadístico SPSS a través de la prueba Chi Cuadrado (X2) determinado que el Síndrome de Burnout no se relaciona con el Funcionamiento Familiares_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this presente investigation is to determine tha relationship between the Burnout Syndrome and family functioning in the oil workers of the Quiroz&Quiroz company in the province of Sucumbios in the Shushuifindi Canton, it was worked with 100 workers of which 2 are women and 98 men in ages between 22 and 50 years who were evaluated by aplication of two psychological reagents. First the Questionnaire for the evaluation of burning for Work síndrome (CESQT) was used which 4 scales were evaluated, thefamily functional Questionnaire (FFSIL) was applied which the type of families. Once the evaluation was completed, the data were processed by using the SPSS statistical program through the Chi Square test(X2) determinated that the Burnout Syndrome itis not related to family functioninges_ES
