Abstract: | The restrictions theory is a systematic methodology of management and improves of a business; it was introduced by the Dr. Eli Goldratt, this theory searches to improve the productivity of a system identifying its restriction and optimize to reach the wished goal of an enterprise or business. PLANOFA C.A., is an enterprise dedicated to the industrial prosecuting of fruits and vegetables; produces pulp, jams, juices, nectars and quality preserves in different forms of flavors, which is intended to implement a "TOC" by strengthening the productive processes, improving business productivity. |
Description: | La Teoría de Restricciones es una metodología sistémica de gestión y mejora de una empresa, fue introducida por el Dr. Eli Goldratt, esta teoría busca mejorar la productividad de un sistema identificando su restricción y optimizarla para alcanzar la meta deseada de una empresa o negocio. PLANOFA C.A., es una empresa dedicada al procesamiento industrial de frutas y hortalizas; elabora pulpas, mermeladas de calidad en diferentes presentaciones de sabores, lo que se pretende implantar es un “TOC”, fortaleciendo los procesos productivos, mejorando la productividad empresarial |
