    Institutional Foster care is considered as the last resort in the fase of the vulnerability present in the chindren: girl, boy and adolescents, the purpose of it settles in the protection and preservation of the violates rights, and the prevention of this measure is based on the education of the families. In this sense, the present research project aims to determine whether through the application of the Existential Humanist Intervention Model, it is possible to achieve the family reintegration of those girls and those adolescents from the Dorotea Carrión Shelter Centre in Loja city. The present study sets up in the exploration of bibliographic material, research of an international, national, local nature, and the legal body for the construction of the theoretical framework of this research project. In this context, the qualitative methodology was used and it allowed contextualizing the reality of each family through the application of the Existential Humanist Model, and led to the establishment of the conclusions as well as the recommendations for the process of reintegration with their girls, and adolescents, biological family, from the Dorotea Carrión Shelter Centre in Loja city

    The research project developed has as its theme: “The youth problems in the family, school and society, of the students of the educational unit of the Chimborazo Province of the Pallatanga canton”. On the other hand, the research sets out objectives within which The main objective is to apply the contents of the educational communication to identify youth problems in the family, school and society of the students of the educational unit “Province of Chimborazo”, in addition to contextualizing the variables of the research topic, as well how to know the level of involvement in youth social problems of both family, school and society, to propose a communication plan to mitigate the main problems detected based on the primary information collected, strengthening the methods of social communication to transmit a clear message to those involved, with information that benefits to all together; for which a continuous, permanent, systematic and organized process with planning and strategies that motivate the citizens to use them is required, without this being a straitjacket but an option to improve internal communication. To achieve the fulfillment of the research objectives, the methodology according to the qualitative modality approach has the critical objective nature because it criticizes the existing reality by identifying an investigative problem, in addition the quantitative modality is complemented with some statistical tools, such as Excel, spss and others that facilitate the tabulation of survey results to make this a monitored process based on real data of the current problem. Thus, based on the results, in this case alternative solutions to the identified problem are proposed, based on the diagnosis and needs contemplated, such as developing a practical guide for intercommunication workshops to mitigate youth problems in front of the family, the school and society

    La mediación ante casos de aboandono de parte de uno o ambos progenitores de niños, niñas y adolescentes con discapacidad que asisten a la Unidad Educativa Especilaizada Ambato

    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad utilizar la Mediación como método alterativo de solución de conflictos ante casos de abandono de parte de uno o ambos progenitores de niños, niñas y adolescentes con discapacidad que asisten a la Unidad Educativa Especializada Ambato. El enfoque de la investigación es cuanti-cualitativo, ya que para su realización se utilizó la investigación bibliográfica, documental, de intervención social, de campo. El tipo de investigación es exploratoria descriptiva con una asociación de variables. La observación como técnica a través de la ficha de observación, la encuesta con su cuestionario aplicada en el lugar mismo de la investigación. La hipótesis aplicada a la investigación se la comprobó a través del planteamiento de la propuesta.This Research work aims to use mediation as alternative method of conflict resolution in cases of abandonment by one or both parents of children and adolescents with disabilities attending in the Unidad Educativa Especializada Ambato. The focus of the research is quantitative and qualitative, because in the realization use the research bibliographical, documentary, social intervention, of field. The research is descriptive exploratory with an association of variables, the observation as a technique through observation sheet, with the inquest applied in the same place. The applied research hypothesis is verified through the proposal approach.
