(Artículo 59).The current Constitution of the Republic from 2008 establishes various alternative methods of dispute resolution, in order to make them understand and use them properly, for that reason in Art. 190 establish alternative means of dispute resolution, saying that "It is recognized arbitration, mediation and other alternative methods for conflict resolution. These procedures shall be subject to the law in matters in which by their nature can compromise ". Therefore, alternative methods of dispute resolution not only respond to a need for decongestion of the administration of justice but also its transparency and inclusiveness of the system to provide greater coverage to contribute to an effective way. Meanwhile, community mediation is first recognized as an alternative mechanism for settling disputes (Article 58), and then takes into account the socio-economic, cultural and anthropological conditions of communities (indigenous, black, neighborhood organizations and General Community) who allows them to establish mediation centers for their members. Also recognized special features and allows its applicability under the principle of gratuitousness. In recent times the elderly has become a source of concern for public and private bodies, playing a major role state involvement as a benefactor to the abandonment, loneliness, disease and also as a synonym for unpaid investment in those considers that the single projection has is death. If we look into a mirror and project our future in the reality of wrinkles, and looking back a fair will evoke all those generations who have fallen behind, who through oral transmission have contributed to the formation of humans and through these communities. The ONU has addressed this issue and states the elderly as intangible cultural heritage for its oral transmission through different manifestations such as music, poetry, stories, myths, traditions, agricultural, handicraft, etc. and other aspects rather than constitute the very essence of a community.
