    In the last 20 years, transformations have been felt in the family system, becoming more rooted in the European and North American Families. Each family has its own style of performing its functions, but the common defining note is that relationships in the family are modulated by feelings. The key to many people's problems is family interactions, so this research addresses some of the consequences of the "Family System and the biopsychosocial component of the inner adult and outpatient center of the Integral Center for the Elderly Adult." It addresses the study of the Biopsychosocial Component, which determines that the human being acquires in his person three major dimensions such as biological, psychological and social, dimensions that are closely linked and are the parts between which the individual must To distribute their attention to develop harmonically, these biopsychosocial factors influence the quality of life in the elderly, aging begins at the moment when the physical-psychological capacity exceeds its peak period and begins a gradual process of decline. In the same way the study of the Family System is addressed, this serves two objectives, one internal, the psychosocial protection of its members; The other external, the accommodation to a culture and the transmission of that culture, through the changes of values that society propitiates. It is intended to start the path that can answer the question What can we do in this context? It is proposed the implementation of the biopsychosocial model for the care of elderly people in the Comprehensive Center of the Adult Mayor of Ceiling Ambato Canton, which aims to maximize the biological, psychological and social spheres with their family group, from recognition Human rights, autonomy, integration, skills and supports, highlighting the interaction of the elderly person and the environment where they live.

    People with disabilities have achieved an important space in Latin America in recent times, mainly during the past decade, when talking about the Labor Performance Indexes of people with disabilities, we are necessarily referring to the issue of human rights, currently Ecuador has policies that identify people with disabilities as a priority attention group, and this research addresses some of the consequences of "The indices of work performance of people with physical disability status of the national telecommunications corporation, the city of Quito". Which addresses the study of work performance which determines as a basis to realize that many of the obstacles encountered by people with disabilities are not due to their disability itself, but rather to the way in which society is organized. The disadvantages with which people usually find themselves to get a job, regulations and regulations restricted in relation to personal training. In the same way the study of the people with physical disability condition of the CNT EP is addressed, which determines that one of the limitations in the labor inclusion is the level of studies of the individuals with disabilities, therefore to be able to arrive to achieve an optimal work performance, we must start improving education and occupational training. We intend to start the path that will answer the question "What can we do in this context? The implementation of a biopsychosocial model with a family focus to improve the performance of people in physical disability condition of the national telecommunications corporation of the city of Quito is proposed.
