    El apoyo familiar en los procesos de rehabilitación social con enfoque sistémico, en las personas privadas de libertad del centro de privación de libertad de personas adultas de la ciudad de Ambato

    This research work is important to carry out since it takes as its main source the human being deprived of liberty, which being in an unknown space begins to generate certain types of questions that generate a series of doubts. That is why this research focuses on the fact that all types of social rehabilitation process with a systemic approach improve the quality of life in persons deprived of liberty at the Center for the Deprivation of Liberty of Adults of the City of Ambato, clearly identifying the correlation that exists between the variables and their way of applying them. Thus, in the first chapter, the most relevant of the subject will be exposed in the introduction, such as its importance in the justification, in addition to which it is reflected the objectives by which to work for the well-being of the PPL's In the second chapter we will deal with the state of the art where related works are cited in order to advance with the development of the subject, family support and the importance while the PPL's fulfill their sentences, social rehabilitation based on executive decrees, the process of social reintegration and the theoretical foundation of the systemic approach. Chapter three contains the type of research carried out, the approaches taken into account and the techniques that were used to elaborate this work. In chapter four we will find the results obtained when applying the surveys to the PPL´S. Chapter five sets out the conclusions and recommendations that were reached after having carried out the corresponding investigation. Chapter six contains the proposal, objectives and justification for this work to be taken into account as a basis for an improvement within the rehabilitation system.

    Las relaciones familiares y su impacto en la autoagresión de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano de la ciudad de Cuenca

    EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This research is directed to meet the target set, To determine the impact of family relationships on self-injury caused by students of the " Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca, study population considered students of tenths year of basic education, in the period November 2015 to June 2016, contextualized to Ecuador level, in the province of Azuay and the city of Ambato. Methodologically the information was obtained by applying the survey,having as population 405 adolescent students, followed by analysis of the results as evidenced by calculating “Chi-cuadrado” X2 para verificación de la hipótesis. I obtained as the value of “Chi-cuadrado” calculated (X2c) (23,375) It is greater than 12.59 with 6 degrees of freedom and α of 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and accepted alternate, that is to say, "If there is statistically significant difference between family relationships and self-harm students of the" Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca". According to family relationships shows the following: in part, the students are satisfied with family relationships, therefore they feel criticized, disgruntled, 4 attacked, crying easily taking sometimes difficulty in making decisions, feeling useless performing cuts, bruises on the body to ease their anxiety, considering having problems at school and home environment. Concluding with the proposal a Plan of Comprehensive Care for Adolescents of the" Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca". With the aim to strengthen family relationships for the benefit of students who cause injury to themselves from the systemic model of intervention.

    La familia de origen conflictiva y la reproducción de la violencia intrafamiliar de los casos atendidos en la unidad judicial especializada de violencia contra la mujer y la familia del Cantón Pastaza

    La presente investigación fue realizada a través de la colaboración y vivencias de usuarios/as de la Unidad Judicial Especializada de Violencia contra la mujer y la familiar de la Provincia y Cantón Pastaza sobre el tema la familia de origen y la reproducción de violencia intrafamiliar, cuyos resultados arrojo que un alto porcentaje de mujeres que han crecido en un ambiente de violencia y que al momento de conformar su hogar continúan de manera sistemática padeciendo esta situación, con lo cual dicho patrón de comportamiento se perpetua dentro de un circulo simbiótico negativo que afecta generación tras generación. La violencia es un problema social estructural que afecta contundentemente a la calidad de vida de los seres humanos, es por ello que se ha realizado un profundo análisis en el cual se aborda las consecuencias de la violencia intrafamiliar, para lo cual se ha creído conveniente humanizar la ruta de atención en un espacio de primera acogida a mujeres y miembros del entorno familiar que han sufrido cualquier tipo de violencia, cuyo fin es brindar a los profesionales una guía orientada a establecer acciones, intervenciones, procedimientos y responsabilidades que les permita realizar el primer contacto con la víctima de una manera acertada y evitando la re victimización.This research was conducted through collaboration and experiences of users of the Judicial Unit specializing in violence against women and the family, in Pastaza province and canton, the subject family of origin and reproduction of domestic violence , the results showed that a high percentage of women who had grown up in a violent atmosphere when forming their own families continue to suffer systematically the same situation, which said pattern of aggressive behavior is perpetuated in a negative symbiotic circle and affects generations. Violence is a social problem that affects the quality of life of human beings, for that reason there has been a profound analysis, in which the consequences of domestic violence are listed, the route has humanized care for women and members of the families that have suffered any kind of violence, its main goal is to provide professional support to help them make the first contact with the victim in an objective manner avoiding further damage to the victim.
