    El principio de confianza en el derecho penal y la violencia física en el estado ecuatoriano

    This research deals with the Principle of trust in criminal law and physical violence in the Ecuadorian State, as an essential foundation that forces people to act reasonably trusting that others will comply with the laws and regulations established for the protection of their rights. In Ecuador, physical violence represents a serious social problem, affecting various groups and requiring a comprehensive response from the judicial system. Failure to comply with this principle can intensify aggression, weakening social cohesion and the effectiveness of judicial institutions. Therefore, the objective of the research focuses on studying the impact of the principle of trust within the framework of Ecuadorian criminal law, especially in relation to physical violence. Through a qualitative approach, using the type of descriptive and exploratory research, using the interview as a research technique; therefore, it is within the line of public policies, law and society. Examining the different perceptions of judges, prosecutors and lawyers in free practice on the application and effectiveness of the principle of trust in cases of violence. The results included the contribution of officials regarding the justice system in relation to the position they hold. In conclusion, trust is not only a legal principle, but also serves to guarantee justice and the protection of human rights in Ecuador, since there is a need to strengthen this principle to more effectively confront physical violence, correctly applying legislation and judicial practices.

    Políticas públicas del adulto mayor y la erradicación de violencia en el cantón Salcedo

    Older adults form part of the priority attention group recognised by the Ecuadorian State, to guarantee the protection and care of older adults the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador in its article 38 establishes public policies and attention programmes in favour of this group, who due to their vulnerable condition are prone to suffer any type of violence, be it physical, psychological, sexual, economic and patrimonial, as well as negligence and abandonment, generated by society or by their closest environment. The main objective of this research project is to "Analyse public policies to eradicate violence towards the elderly in the Salcedo Municipality", for which it has been necessary to apply the qualitative-quantitative method, using descriptive, explanatory and analytical research. Data collection was carried out through the application of techniques and instruments such as a survey of older adults and interviews with the authorities of the Salcedo municipality linked to the protection of the rights of older adults. As a result, it is concluded that 68% of the older adult population surveyed suffers from violence of some kind, and this has been generated by their closest family environment, which added to the lack of knowledge of this problem, the Salcedo municipality does not have a public policy aimed at eradicating violence against older adults

    Violencia intrafamiliar en las relaciones de pareja

    The research responds to the variables Domestic Violence in Relationships in the Heart of Jesus neighborhood of the Atahualpa Parish of the Canton Ambato of the Province of Tungurahua. Intra-family violence is a topic that generates attention in all parts and our country is no exception, due to the increase in inequality in an extreme way in recent years, hearing news about this issue is something everyday. Established on the issue of alarms figures in the INEC and local media. For the execution of the research if you use a methodology with a qualitative approach through the collection of life stories using techniques such as: empathy, active listening, assertive communication, participant observation and semi-structured interview. Intra-family violence is a social problem in a large number of families, which can be seen in the public profile of the form, the most obvious is the violation of physics for the visible ones of those who love in the heart of the world, in other words . psychological violence does not have the intervention of physical contact, heritage violence on the other hand are the economic limitations suffered by a family member, including when to cover their primary needs if they are related, in addition, individual, social and cultural factors are present that They determine domestic violence. Relationships is an emotional and intimate bond that develops in different stages: selection of the couple, falling in love, dating and courtship, courtship and presenting the case, marriage, later of a new family, the related stages are not always present in all couples. The violation of the law in relation to fair trade is directed to a series of episodes of abuse for a group of people or cohabitants towards the other, with the aim of making them die or emotional that leave sequels throughout their lives.
