Item El trabajo informaly los riesgos psicosociales(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2025-02-20) Chiluisa Chicaiza, Lady Aracely; Altamirano Altamirano, Silvia JovannaThis research analyzes the psychosocial risks in informal work, focusing its study on the workers of the Plaza de "San Sebastián" in the Latacunga Canton. This work is relevant because psychosocial risks significantly affect the physical, mental and social well-being of workers, generating an impact on their quality of life and work performance. The main objective is to identify and evaluate the risk factors present in this population, contributing to the development of public policies and intervention strategies that improve their working conditions. The study employs a quantitative approach, allowing for the systematic collection, analysis and interpretation of data. A questionnaire based on a Likert scale was designed and applied, which evaluated four key dimensions: sociodemographic data, intra-work factors, extra-work factors and stress. The data collection was carried out with the collaboration of the workers on a voluntary basis, thanks to the support ofthe president ofthe fair. The results reveal that 48% of informal workers present high or very high levels of exposure to psychosocial risks, highlighting job insecurity, insufficient income and emotional exhaustion. Additionally, 40% experience social isolation and 38% face physical health problems associated with unfavorable working conditions. Six main dimensions of risks were identified: occupational, economic, psychological, social, physical and organizational, with the lack of access to mental health services being a critical problem for 45% of those surveyed. I came to the conclusion that the psychosocial risks in informal work comprehensively affect workers, this study shows the need to implement public policies that include access to mental health services, social support networks and the gradual formalization of employment. These measures could mitigate stress, improve economic stability and promote fairer working conditions, favoring the comprehensive development of informal workers and guaranteeing their inclusion in a more equitable society.Item La regulación del espacio público establecidas en las ordenanzas Municipales y su incidencia al Derecho al trabajo de los comerciantes informales en la Asociación de Trabajadores Autónomos del Ecuador(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2018-06) López Calderón, Jhonny Santiago; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaThe informal commerce carried out by the lords of the "Association of Autonomous Workers of Ecuador" in the city of Ambato, has generated a ceaseless battle with the Municipal Authorities. The first ones in search of a commercial activity that allows them to take bread of the day to their homes and the latter complying with local regulations unconstitutional, which violates the right to work. The local authorities have created municipal regulations called Ordinances with the purpose of eradicating informal commerce, beyond giving a true solution to this social problem that has historical and cultural roots. These Ordinances, besides having the power to control, must be regularized, something that has been omitted not only at the local or national level but also at the international level. This regulation must necessarily be applied, since it is a procedure that establishes norms and rules, in this way it takes an adequate control and above all guarantees the rights of a community. During daily checks carried out on the main streets of the city, all types of abuse are evident, such as; physical, verbal and psychological. Without realizing the importance of this population in our society, because they depend on thousands of poor people who buy their products at much cheaper prices. The problem that increases this problem is the lack of dissemination of available municipal places, since although there are vacancies thousands of people are dedicated to market products on the streets.Item El trabajo informal y la integridad del desarrollo humano de las personas que trabajan en las vias aledañas de la empresa pública municipal mercado mayorista del Cantón Ambato-EP-EMA(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales , Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2016-10) Rubio Aguayo, Joselyn Cristina; Torres Carrillo, Silvia SusanaInformal workers considered that this activity as its sole existing labor resources to cover their needs, so that it was understood that there is a high unemployment rate because the vast majority have a basic level of education or illiteracy so they cannot access the job vacancies as the Ministry of Labor The minimum requirement is to have the title of bachelor, they perform this activity by and for their children, the majority of families are of many members, by what they take their children to the daily sales and the children are also exposed to hear different brawls and views on its informal work, we mentioned that there is an integral human development They are also receivers and participate to be itinerant vendors as a measure of distraction during the hours they spend to sales their parents to their time is taken as support for their home, which generates to a violation of rights as they are constantly suffering of both verbal and non-verbal assaults discriminatory between other, but the activity, this activity helps to cover their basic needs for his family and thus acquire income that motivate sellers to continue in this activity which affects the state a lost by not registering economic amounts therefore is not ruled out that have an ability to stay with their sales on the day without being removed from the municipal, but This leads to a manipulation of laws and of violation of their rights and integrity, as well as the families do not cover the rights and obligations that considers the law, street vendors know that they are violating an Ordinance but their needs and consider its sole job option are being so exposed and permissive to municipal are promoters of violence, so many occasions lose their sales but continue in its activity.
