    Liderazgo empresarial y clima laboral en el GAD Municipal San Cristobal de Patate

    The objective of this research work was to determine the impact of Business Leadership on Labor Climate in the workers of the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) San Cristobal de Patate. The present investigation was carried out with the direct participation of 79 workers of the Municipal GAD, who have been affected by a deficit in the Leadership of the organization. It is worth noting that currently in the business world it is of vital importance to maintain a stable working environment. so that workers can cope and provide an excellent job. The information was collected through the application of a structured survey based on three validated instruments on business leadership and labor climate, the objective was to know the dominant leadership style in the company and the dimensions affected in the work environment, by analyzing the Results were determined as the leadership affects the interpersonal relationships and the work climate of the workers.

    The objective of the research is to determine the influential factors in the culture of contention that affects the work performance of the company Rubbershoes Cia. Ltda., By studying the different relevant aspects such as sharing, cooperating, socializing, motivating employees to the Compatibility and the disappearance of mutualism so that the personal achievements, promote the fulfillment of the collective goals obtaining positive results for the institution. The research was carried out based on the critical - proactive approach, in which it is tried to change the traditionalist functioning by a culture of constructive management to evaluate the labor performance by means of the analysis of the internal and external factors, defined by strategies that evident the lack of use of protection tools, poor state of the physical structure that become occupational hazards that do not allow the sustained growth of a company limiting the increase in productivity levels.

    This research raises the need to determine the influence of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) in the fulfillment of corporate values in order to diagnose the knowledge of techniques and systems of representation, through this can achieve a positive impact or negative according to how we refer to the other. We conducted an investigation based on the critical - proactive approach, establishing the essence of NLP focusing on three fundamental parts as "Neuro" of NLP that gives great importance to all behavior that comes from neurological processes that include the five senses. The "linguistic" part refers to the language we use to organize our behaviors, thinking and thus be able to communicate with others and the "programming" part is understood as the way in which we organize our ideas and actions, in addition to these tools develop communication skills of the highest quality, especially useful in people who hold management positions, in which effective communication is part of their daily work and the success of their leadership.

    Trabajadores informales y la oferta de mano de obra en la Avenida Cevallos y Tomás Sevilla de la Ciudad de Ambato

    This project is a very interesting proffer to social level, since the whole population lives with this problem, regardless of whether the study is to be carried out in the Ambato´s city, it becomes of public interest for a whole country. According to the calculation obtained and after carrying out the socioeconomic analysis of the unemployed population of Av. Cevallos and Tomás Sevilla streets in the Ambato´s city, we can say that informal workers directly affect the unemployment rate of this locality. According to the survey carried out; 20% of those registered do not have a stable job, so they enter the circle of unemployment, this if we relate at country level whose unemployment rate are above 6%, we can say that it is setting a high trend in relation Country - province. One of the factors due to the lack of employment in our country is undoubtedly the lack of entrepreneurship that society currently suffers. This type of project has social and economic importance, which will allow offering possible solutions to eradicate this problem within the city, in order to allow the workers and the supply of excessive labor to decrease in a considered way. During the application of the survey, it was possible to obtain specific data and above all to know the needs of the population, in order to apply methods and techniques to help solve this problem in our city. After conducting a detailed analysis in the development of this titling project, I have considered a solution to the problem found on the location of the unemployed who are in Tomas Sevilla and Cevallos streets. For this, the proposal I consider is the creation of a non-profit association that is responsible for the reception and administration of the workforce that is unemployed. To do this in this chapter I detail the business plan to be implemented.

    La exención del pago de las remuneraciones adicionales a los operarios artesanales y el derecho de alimentos

    research work, takes as its theme: "THE EXEMPTION OF PAYMENT OF ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO CRAFT OPERATORS AND THE RIGHT TO FOOD" ; within the research it aims to demonstrate the violation of rights suffered by the craft industry compared to the different classes of workers covered by the Labor Code . The investigation was based on the study of the exemption from payment of the additional remuneration referred to the Labor Code the operator of artisan being that violates compliance of maintenance payments, took into account. The specific objectives that go hand in hand with the general because of them the study of the economic and legal situation compared to the skilled artisan craftsman operator, meaning that there is a clear difference between the skilled artisan and craftsman operator follows . The craft industry is exempt from legal mandate of the perception of the tickets however they are required to pay maintenance for these items , thus violating the constitutional principle of "equality" that specifies that all people are considered equal before the law. The need to reform the Art was evident. 115 of the Labor Code "are excluded from bonuses to which this paragraph relates, workers and apprentices of artisans' proposed in this research. It is important that the rules accordingly apply to economic, social and legal reality of immersed in legal disputes for guaranteeing the rights literally within a judicial conflict people.

    Dentro de presente proyecto de investigación hablaremos de la remuneración salarial de lo cual se podrá señalar que es uno de los aspectos de las condiciones de trabajo que más directamente influyen en la vida diaria de los trabajadores. Desde sus primeros años de existencia, el centro de acción de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo a preocupado por el nivel de los salarios y ha luchado por establecer normas que garanticen y protejan el derecho de los trabajadores a percibir un salario justo. Los trabajadores que reciben sus ingresos gracias a un sistema de incentivos obtienen sus salarios siguiendo una fórmula que asocia el sueldo percibido con la producción o rendimiento alcanzado, de forma que se estimula una mayor productividad y eficiencia. Al referirnos a los Conflictos Laborales podemos decir que debido a su naturaleza especial han requerido para su resolución, no solo la presencia de organismos peculiarmente constituidos, investidos de jurisdicción especial, así como de un procedimiento especial, sino que dentro de ese procedimiento son necesarios métodos o sistemas especiales para llegar a solucionar dichos conflictos, de la manera más justa y equitativa. El conflicto es una lucha expresa entre al menos dos partes independientes que perciben que sus objetivos son incompatibles, sus compensaciones son reducidas y la otra parte le impide alcanzar sus objetivos. En lo que el presente trabajo investigativo se enfoca es un paradigma crítico propositivo y constructivista, realizando en primera instancia un análisis exhaustivo de la realidad en la que viven los trabajadores de la construcción y los conflictos laborales que se genera para lograr que sus empleadores cumplan con una de las obligaciones más importantes entre la relación laboral como es el pago del Salario Básico Unificado.
