Item Las narrativas distópicas en el cine de ficción: sobre la película Children of Men(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicaciòn, 2024-02) Ramos Herrera, Deisy Catalina; Brito Alvarado, Leonardo XavierThis research work focuses on the analysis of dystopian narratives in fiction cinema, using the film Children of Men (Alfonso Cuarón, 2006) as a case study. The main objective of the research is to understand the dystopian narratives present in this film. The idea is put forward that dystopias are not only media products, but also social constructions that reflect and debate fundamental contemporary issues. To achieve this objective, two research approaches are developed. Firstly, an exhaustive bibliographic review of master's and doctoral theses related to the topic is carried out, in order to consolidate the state of the art in the field of dystopian cinema and narratives. This provides a solid foundation for research and offers a comprehensive overview of the existing academic literature in this field. Secondly, two cinematographic analysis matrices are proposed, taking as a guide the approach proposed by José Fernández (2021). These matrices will allow for a structured and detailed analysis of the dystopian narratives present in Children of Men, identifying key elements, symbolism and underlying themes. The expected result of this research is the construction of a theoretical route that goes beyond the mere interpretation of a film and seeks to understand dystopias as not only media categories, but also political and social ones. The intention is to reflect on the circumstances that humanity faces or could face in the future, using fiction cinema as a lens to analyze and debate these fundamental questionsItem Régimen de rehabilitación semiabierto en el delito de obstrucción a la justicia y la tutela judicial efectiva(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2023-09) Manobanda Mazabanda, Elida Gabriela; Acosta Morales, María GabrielaThe prison system in Ecuador has evolved throughout history. The first prison was the García Moreno Prison in 1869, in which people who committed some types of crime were locked up and were only allowed to read the Bible. Nowadays, there are several prisons, including those in Guayaquil, Quito, Cuenca, Latacunga and Ambato. The penitentiary system is in charge, through the state, of executing the punishment of a person who has committed a crime with the aim of rehabilitating him and then being able to be reintegrated into society through activities required and stipulated in the Reglamento de Rehabilitación Social. For this reason, the problem arises from the reform that was carried out on August 17, 2021, in relation to the matter of anti-corruption in the Reform Law to the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, in which access to the semi-open regime is prohibited for the crime of obstruction of justice that has a criminal typology within the group of illegal acts that are violating effective judicial protection. Subsequently, this reform entered into force in Article 698 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code, which makes it impossible to propose the semi-open social rehabilitation regime to persons deprived of their liberty who have committed the crime of obstruction of justice. What is stipulated above is contrary to what is established in the República del Ecuador, according to what is embodied in article 425 of the norm, which establishes that all infra-constitutional regulations must be in accordance with it; and, article 698 of the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code does not allow access to justice to persons deprived of liberty who intend to file the semi-open rehabilitation regime, which is violating the right to effective judicial protection since there is an express norm that denies that claim and that does not allow the protection of constitutional rights through an adequate and technical defense.Item Cuerpos hipersexualizados en el reggaetón: Bad Bunny y Karol G(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Comunicaciòn, 2023-09) Pasmiño Rojas, Jason Stalin; Herdoíza Macheno, Franklin GermánicoThe present investigation entitled: "HYPERSEXUALIZED BODIES IN REGGAETÓN: BAD BUNNY AND KAROL G", starts from a bibliographical reading related to the proposed topic and the communication links, which has allowed us to discover and describe the elements that have led reggaetón to be considered a hypersexualized musical genre. The methodology used in this project was based on the fusion of qualitative and quantitative tools, with which matrices were built to carry out interviews with the three main groups involved in the creation, development and reproduction of reggaeton, as well as a content analysis of the most outstanding songs by the artists Bad Bunny and Karol G. Finally, a survey was developed that served as an instrument to obtain information and understand the perspective that music consumers have about the genre under study. This thesis is divided into: Chapter I, theoretical framework, in which, with the help of different authors, we have sought to support the arguments of music, dance, the body and sexualization. Chapter II, methodology, presents the working method to develop this research that combines the qualitative and quantitative approach. Chapter III, analysis and discussion of results, it is here where the collection and interpretation of results is exposed, affirming the progress of the investigation. Finally, in Chapter IV, the arguments in which the research work was concluded are shown.Item Ansiedad Social y Absentismo Escolar(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2023-03) Puruncajas Mata, Brisa Narciza; Pino Loza, Eulalia DoloresSocial anxiety is one of the main disorders that affects the mental health of people, its main causes unfold from family origin and its sociocultural context, delimiting social capacities and interaction with their fear due to their low participation and inclusion in society. The older adult is seen before society as a subject that inspires respect and admiration, being important for society since it is determined as a figure of experience and help for the new generations, this would be the ideal, but still it is not like that . The behavior after abandonment and depression of the elderly is taken into account, concluding that it is confirmed that depression is related to the abandonment of the elderly from the CAIAM Patate Gerontological Center. It is important to mention that medical care is a priority in the gerontological center, but when they present abandonment by their relatives, this leads to certain difficulties in care since they only have the support of the health center and they do not have all the medication needed by older adults. Therefore, it is recommended to reduce depressive symptoms, for which social relationships should be promoted, through activities in which a therapeutic accompaniment can be had.Item Dinámica familiar y desempeño académico de los estudiantes de una Unidad Educativa de Huaquillas(Universidad Técnica de Ambato.
