Item Riesgos ergonómicos y el bienestar laboral de los trabajadores del área de cultivo de la empresa florícola rosas de Mulalo- Mulrosas CÍA. LTDA(Universidad Técnica de Ambato,Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2022-03) Flores Chango, Karina Liset; Altamirano Altamirano, Silvia JovannaIn the present investigation, we sought to determine the level of incidence that ergonomic risk factors have and the relationship that these have in the workers to generate the Burnout Syndrome due to the workload in the rose company MULALO MULROSAS CÍA. LTDA.; Within this company, several activities are carried out that are typical of the line of business and for which the workers are exposed to them, the risk that stands out the most here is the repetitive movements that are generated by each task carried out, and these in turn they influence the worker thus generating psychosocial risks such as stress, depression among others. The research is of a quantitative and qualitative nature, since the relationship between ergonomic risks and the existence of Burnout is carried out by crossing variables; the tools used for this study were the OCRA Method to determine repetitive movements and the MASLACH BURNOUT INVENTORY QUESTIONNAIRE to determine the existence of this Syndrome. At the end of the study, it was determined that due to the workload generated by this company and the existing risks, they directly influence the appearance of psychosocial risks and these in turn affect the workers, for which the company and who are in charge they will have to take the appropriate measures to combat the drawbacks.Item Factores de riesgo de deserción escolar durante la pandemia (Covid-19) en la Unidad Educativa "12 de Noviembre" del cantón Píllaro.(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2021-10) Calderón Ruiz, Lizbeth Estefanía; Naranjo Ruiz, Viviana FidenciaABSTRACT: This research focuses on the risk factors forschool dropout produced by the pandemic and isolation by Covid-19 that affects the education sector since several teaching centers were forced to physically close and opt for the virtual learning modality to protect health of students and teachers. The main objective is to investigate the factors and risk of school dropout during the pandemic (Covid-19) in the Educational Unit "12 de Noviembre". For this, thedescriptive-correlational method was used with a quantitative approach methodology,using the "Questionnaire on school dropout" previously validated and designed by Sancho Álvarez & Grau Vidal (2013) and adapted to this research as a unit of validation of the variables of research: factors and risk of school dropout during the pandemic (Covid-19). The results obtained indicate that in-school and out-of-school factors influence the riskof school dropout. The economic situation, the support and accompaniment of parentsare determining factors to access or not the new virtual education system.To avoid the risk of school dropout, the family is required to be significantly involvedin the academic training of students in the current educational system. Link society through the university community, providing targeted tutorials, intending to train students and parents in addition, as a proposal. For this, the systemic approach that characterizes Social Work is considered, a socioeconomic study is projected through students or professionals of social work.Item El rol del trabajador social en la intervención en eventos adversos de gran magnitud(Universidad Técnica de Ambato. That is why an investigation has been generated is of a qualitative nature through the collection of life stories of professionals in the area of risk and disaster management and social work, who through their experience have generated an appreciation about the subject and its feasibility to take it to out to future. The results made visible the need to give prominence to the social worker in the area of emergencies and disasters and that this from their professional sphere can provide support and strengthen the prevention, response and recovery of victims of largescale adverse events.Item Los contratos de franquicia y el derecho a la seguridad jurídica del franquiciado(Universida Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2020-02) López Vaquero, Andrea Elizabeth; Jordan Buenaño, Jeanette ElizabethHe present research work was carried out with the objective of determining the degree of affectation to the legal security of the determined contractual part, the weakest that is the franchisee, for which the investigation instrument of the interview was applied. Likewise, the clauses within the subscription of a franchise agreement, the events to the subsequent repetition in them, the controversies within the franchisor / franchisee relationship or the possible contingencies to be raised are analyzed; the scope of Ecuadorian legislation under the protection of franchisee rights, since it owns the licenses provided to it, but not the brand itself. The impact of this research is at the national level and throughout Ecuador this type of commercial activities is developed, contacting the fundamental factor that is making it possible to demonstrate the shortcomings will finally contribute to generating legal certainty to the parties.Item La violencia de género contra las mujeres y la resiliencia en el centro de apoyo a la mujer y la familia Las Marías de la ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado, Maestría en Trabajo Social, 2017-07) Flores Lazo, Elizabeth Teresa; Barrios Mesa, ReinierThis work of research is directed to meet the overall target set: to achieve biopsychosocial development of women victims of gender-based violence users of The Center of Support for Women and the Family "Las Marias" of the city of Cuenca, through a more focused work on the resilience of women and their families, in order to reduce violence and deploy all its potential considering as study population users of the Center of Support Las Marias of the City of Cuenca, during the period November 2015 June 2016, which was contextualized at the level of the Ecuador, in the providence of Azuay and the city of Cuenca. Methodologically, the information was obtained through the application of a survey, having as the universal population 94 users of the Center, followed by the tabulation, interpretation and analysis of the results obtained as evidenced with the calculation of "Chi-cuadrado" X 2 for the verification of the hypothesis. Obtained as a result of the calculated Chi-cuadrado (7.83), and being this (3.84) wholesale (Xi2), with an α (margin of error) of the 0.05; and with 1 degree of freedom, it REJECTS the null hypothesis and it ACCEPTS the alternative hypothesis, that is, it constitutes a determining factor and there is a significant statistical difference between The Violence of Gender Against Women and the Resilience of users of the Center of Support for Women and the Family "Las Marias" of the City of Cuenca. Considering resilience as determinant to deal with violence against women, there is evidence that users of the Center in a large percentage consider important to develop resilient features to eliminate or reduce gender-based violence exerted on them, moreover, a high index of users believe that the violence which they have been the victim of responds to the condition of gender, therefore, risk factors play an extremely important role to consider since speaking of violence gender roles and stereotypes that are naturalized can hardly be conceived as risk factors that worsen the condition of women should they not reach resilience. Concluding with the proposal of a model of attention of Social work (MAITS) from the theory of development to human scale The Center of Support for Women and the Family of The Marias of the City of Cuenca", with the aim of developing resilience in women victims of gender violence, aimed at reducing and/or eradicating gender-based violence against women and their families approached from the theory of development to human scale and human needs.Item Las relaciones familiares y su impacto en la autoagresión de los estudiantes de la Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano de la ciudad de Cuenca(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Posgrado en Trabajo Social, 2016-03-31) Tapia Segarra, Jenny Irlanda; Mantilla Falconi, MarceloEXECUTIVE SUMMARY This research is directed to meet the target set, To determine the impact of family relationships on self-injury caused by students of the " Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca, study population considered students of tenths year of basic education, in the period November 2015 to June 2016, contextualized to Ecuador level, in the province of Azuay and the city of Ambato. Methodologically the information was obtained by applying the survey,having as population 405 adolescent students, followed by analysis of the results as evidenced by calculating “Chi-cuadrado” X2 para verificación de la hipótesis. I obtained as the value of “Chi-cuadrado” calculated (X2c) (23,375) It is greater than 12.59 with 6 degrees of freedom and α of 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and accepted alternate, that is to say, "If there is statistically significant difference between family relationships and self-harm students of the" Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca". According to family relationships shows the following: in part, the students are satisfied with family relationships, therefore they feel criticized, disgruntled, 4 attacked, crying easily taking sometimes difficulty in making decisions, feeling useless performing cuts, bruises on the body to ease their anxiety, considering having problems at school and home environment. Concluding with the proposal a Plan of Comprehensive Care for Adolescents of the" Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano" of the city of Cuenca". With the aim to strengthen family relationships for the benefit of students who cause injury to themselves from the systemic model of intervention.
