Item Resiliencia en adolescentes del sector educativo público y privado(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2025-02-21) Cunalata Llugcha, Mónica Alexandra; Balseca Basantes, Jeanneth ElizabethCurrently, adolescents face multiple conflictive situations that can affect or strengthen their level of resilience, the constant changes in family, educational and social dynamics generate a significant impact on the behavior of adolescents, causing them to modify their perception of the future, move away from the search for personal improvement and opt for more complex lifestyles, because resilience manifests itself differently at each stage of life, as a result of physical and psychological changes, adolescents adopt behaviors that exposed to multiple risks. This research aims to analyze resilience in adolescents from the public and private educational sector of the Salcedo Educational Unit and the GRAL Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit. In this sense, the methodology adopted a quantitative approach, of a descriptive, analytical-synthetic and comparative nature, where the JJ46 questionnaire by Alvarán et al (2023) was used to study the variable, composed of 46 items divided into 8 dimensions, which was applied to a sample of 288 adolescents, aged between 12 and 17 years, divided equally between the public and private educational sectors. The results indicated that resilience in adolescents in the public and private educational sector reflects a moderate capacity to face adversity, characterized by a medium level of resilience. This ability is supported by family support, self-esteem, creativity and behavior management, which act as key indicators that allow adolescents to identify negative patterns with greater awareness and control, on the other hand, although no significant differences are observed Between both educational sectors, resilience manifests itself in a diverse way, depending on the context of each population, which indicates that the majority of adolescents belonging to the two educational sectors have skills to overcome obstacles and face challenges.Item Resiliencia en estudiantes de bachillerato con padres migrantes y no migrantes(Universidad Tècnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2024-02) Poaquiza Aucatoma, Jenifer Nataly; Altamirano Altamirano, Silvia JovannaDetention and family separation are harmful experiences that expose children and adolescents to exploitation and abuse, causing them toxic stress with lasting impacts on their development; the migration of one or both parents significantly affects children, highlighting the importance of prioritizing their well-being. Methodologically, the information was obtained through the application of a survey, having as the universal population 94 users of the Center, followed by the tabulation, interpretation and analysis of the results obtained as evidenced with the calculation of "Chi-cuadrado" X 2 for the verification of the hypothesis. Obtained as a result of the calculated Chi-cuadrado (7.83), and being this (3.84) wholesale (Xi2), with an α (margin of error) of the 0.05; and with 1 degree of freedom, it REJECTS the null hypothesis and it ACCEPTS the alternative hypothesis, that is, it constitutes a determining factor and there is a significant statistical difference between The Violence of Gender Against Women and the Resilience of users of the Center of Support for Women and the Family "Las Marias" of the City of Cuenca. Considering resilience as determinant to deal with violence against women, there is evidence that users of the Center in a large percentage consider important to develop resilient features to eliminate or reduce gender-based violence exerted on them, moreover, a high index of users believe that the violence which they have been the victim of responds to the condition of gender, therefore, risk factors play an extremely important role to consider since speaking of violence gender roles and stereotypes that are naturalized can hardly be conceived as risk factors that worsen the condition of women should they not reach resilience. Concluding with the proposal of a model of attention of Social work (MAITS) from the theory of development to human scale The Center of Support for Women and the Family of The Marias of the City of Cuenca", with the aim of developing resilience in women victims of gender violence, aimed at reducing and/or eradicating gender-based violence against women and their families approached from the theory of development to human scale and human needs.
