    The objective of this investigation is to investigate the penitentiary system and the criminal policy that is applied in Ecuador to determine its incidence in the recidivism of the PPL once they have recovered their freedom, for which it has been determined that the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador has established that the essential objective of the rehabilitation centers is to rehabilitate the PPL for their subsequent reintegration into society and in the Comprehensive Organic Criminal Code and in the Regulation of the National System the axes of treatment that must be established are established. applied in the period of his sentence and thus achieve an adequate reintegration into society, the methodology that has been implemented in the development of this investigation is through a mixed approach since quantitative and qualitative data have been used, with a level of study exploratory, with a type of documentary-bibliographical research since information has been collected from primary and secondary sources to expand and support the theoretical framework of the present investigation and a field investigation based on interviews and surveys, for which it was carried out through surveys and interviews, which has made it possible to show that there are regulations that are aimed at the social rehabilitation of the PPL, but nevertheless they are not applied, leaving people deprived of their liberty in complete abandonment, which has caused them to commit crimes again once you regain your freedom

    La intervención del Trabajo Social y los procesos de reinserción familiar en el Centro de privación de la libertad para personas adultas en conflicto con la ley de la Ciudad de Riobamba

    His work addresses the reality of Social Work in the processes of social rehabilitation as an urgent need in the centers of deprivation of liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba in order to help them to regain their family bond, decrease recidivism and can be productive entities for society: The general objective was to determine the incidence of social work intervention in the processes of family reintegration in the Center of Deprivation of Liberty for adults in conflict with the Law in the city of Riobamba (CPLPACLR). Through a qualitative and quantitative approach, with a documentary and field bibliographical research modality, using the type of exploratory, descriptive, correlation research, it made possible the application of a multiple alternative option survey closed to 198 deprived of the freedom that constituted the sample size. The results obtained determined that in this penitentiary institution no intervention activities of Social Work are carried out due to the lack of specialized professionals in the area, this being a factor that affects the effective processes of family reintegration, in addition it was possible to verify that there are no plans of intervention in which the PPLs are participating. The verification of the hypothesis was carried out using the chi-square and non-parametric tests in the statistical program SPSS v21. The results of the p value (0,00)

    The reinstall labor is a process that involves every action that it's tendency is to better the conditions and labor opportunities that gives the people that are deprive of their freedom, so that way they can have access to a job once they recover their freedom, lowering the risk of rejoin in the criminality. The society plays a great important role for this people that they have been deprived of their freedom for many reasons, they can rejoin in the labor community to make money the honest way, without the nesecity to steal in our society or their families. To the development of this investigation. We have used existence bibliographic data using books, and the existents Laws of every country, this contains information of the labor rejoinment, and the delinquency rejoinment, the information that it has been studied it calls Modalidad de Campo because it comes from an specific area with the finality that this data is true and real so we can give a resolution for this people. Once we analize the results, it has to be determinated if it has to be reinforce to the labor capacity that this people receive in prisons. In Ambato city those opportunities they teach while they are inmades and often while they have finish their sentence. For this proposal they have to establish a program and orientation that goes with the labor existence of our city, determinating the way of execution, evaluation and the efectivity of this program.
