(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Derecho, 2019-09) Vaca Barona, Mónica Paulina; Tipantasig Cando, Jaime Tarquino
The right to identity and the best interests of the child, has the purpose of the present investigation that respects the right to be recognized by their parents from the moment of birth and if for some reason they do not enjoy the same surname, the injured can access the claim and investigation of paternity at any time of his life, where there is no prescription for time and may even be done by the father or mother, who guarantees the State, together with the laws, the enjoyment of the right to be recognized by their parents, which is the fundamental to be able to access other rights, such as providing food, being involved in inheritances etc. In view of the fact that it is a social problem that generates rejection and discrimination because it is called illegitimate children, it is a subject that must be studied, generating quick solutions since it is more than sufficient the lack of love and family dysfunction, since unexpected children tend to suffer from birth, diverse behaviors of their parents, which vary from acceptance, resignation and refusal to take responsibility. The last point is key because without it the normal performance of the child's life will not be the same as the legitimate ones, let alone full, that is why the State is responsible for fulfilling its right and any person who has an interest on the same one it will be able to impel the action of investigation of paternity and as main cause that there are no obstacles, much less contradictions with the Constitution, no law that can be extinguished or prescribe the right to take the last name of its parents.

(Universidad Técnica de Ambato, Facultad de Jurisprudencia y Ciencias Sociales, Carrera de Trabajo Social, 2017-11) Medina Caizaletin, Cristina Alejandra; Aguilar Rodriguez, William Fredy
The approach and investigation of gender violence against women by their partner still raises great debate in the Social Sciences. Opinions are divided, some will say that it should be considered as a public problem, while others believe that it is a problem that only falls to the couple, however, these reductions allow us to understand about the production and reproduction of violence. Studying gender violence requires new conceptual and methodological approaches, so qualitative methodology is useful, because it allows us to understand realities of violence, through which the qualitative methodology is useful, because it allows us to understand realities that statistics do not field research has shown that women who are violated perceive social support not as an alternative to be able to leave the violent relationship, due to the lack of formal places to go, since most women turn to informal support as friends or family. For women, Social Support is not in formal support, ie support in Local Institutions and specialists, but in informal support where kinship ties are relevant. It is for this reason that it is proposed to create a Social Support Center specialized in victims of violence, in the place where the research was carried out, the same that will remain anonymous throughout the research process for research ethics, including names and places will be fictitious.

Through the mixed qualitative method quantitative application of a Beavers test called Evaluation of Family Competence the analysis and interpretation of the results was verified the hypothesis that the extended family is a determinant factor against the parental work in the raising of the children of the students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences. It was vitally important to give solution to the problematic raised by means of the development of an invisible loyalties project based on the creation of a support group through the life experiences with referents of the Social Work of Groups and the task-centered model addressed to the families of students‟ parents and mothers of families of the Faculty of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences UTA.
