    Intervención del Trabajo Social y los conflictos entre Personas Privadas de la Libertad

    This research focuses on the intervention of Social Work and the conflicts between persons deprived of liberty, which is a fundamental task in order to insert into society, in an adequate manner, all persons who in one way or another need to exercise their rights as citizens. The main objective is to investigate the existing trust between PPLs in the center and how the Department of Social Work has intervened in the face of these problems in the Tungurahua No. 1 Deprivation of Liberty Center. In order to approach this topic, hypothetical-deductive and inductive-deductive research was used as a starting point, as well as the experience obtained by the tutor, within the Tungurahua N°1 Deprivation of Liberty Center. The research level was exploratorydescriptive, with a quali-quantitative approach methodology, using the questionnaire/survey on 'Social Work Intervention in conflicts of persons deprived of liberty'' previously validated by myself, as an instrument of hypothesis verification. The results obtained indicate that both social work intervention and conflicts between persons deprived of liberty is a problem that can be seen in the center. The most existing conflict in the CPL is the verbal one, at the same time the PPLs do not have enough confidence to go to the Social Work Department and ask for help to solve their conflicts, sometimes the families of the PPLs influence this since it is part of the life of the PPLs

    La intervención del Trabajo Social en la Salud Mental de adultos del centro de salud N1 de la ciudad de Ambato

    The research corresponds to the variables Intervention of Social Work and Mental Health in people who attend the N1 Health Center in the city of Ambato. The objective was to determine the incidence of social work in the mental health of early adults, after the investigation it is determined that the intervention of social work has a great importance in the mental health of each individual, specifically when working in the environment family that is the main center of human development, where customs, thoughts and behaviors are founded. In accordance with the results obtained, it can be evidenced that a social worker intervention is necessary from the family environment, providing both the individual and the family itself with a clearer approach for decisionmaking. The characteristics that define the situation of people who have affected behaviors are clearly the lack of family affection, causing instability in interpersonal relationships. The methodology responds according to the applied materials and the nature of the data using for a quali - quantitative approach.

    Intervención de Trabajo Social a las personas con VIH/SIDA y sus relaciones familiares en el centro de rehabilitación de la ciudad de Ambato

    ABSTRACT This research work has as its theme: "INTERVENTION OF SOCIAL WORK FOR PEOPLE WITH HIV / AIDS AND THEIR FAMILY RELATIONS IN THE AMBATO CITY REHABILITATION CENTER". The importance of research work is due to the need of those deprived of liberty for an intervention of a social worker to improve the relationship with their relatives and in this way generate an affective bond that allows him to feel accepted and loved despite His illness and being deprived of his freedom. The intervention of social work consists of direct assistance with society to solve a problem that has reduced the quality of life of people and that has sometimes produced self-isolation or rejection by other groups of people. The objective was to determine their impact on the family relationships of people living with HIV / AIDS in the rehabilitation center of the city of Ambato, in order to design a model of systemic assistance, which consists of working with the individual and performing a reinsertion Inside the home and its environment. The applied methodology consisted of a bibliographical research that allowed to know the variables in study, that is to say, the intervention of social work and the familiar relations in groups of people that require priority attention, in order to be able to know the possible routes of solution or the ways Necessary to improve the quality of life of the inmates of the rehabilitation center; In addition, a field investigation was applied, through interviews with those involved, to know how their current relationship is and what should be improved within the family bond, and thus contribute to the follow-up and treatment of the disease. The results showed that the relationship between relatives and prisoners are very close, due to the lack of communication and non-acceptance of the disease they suffer.
