    La violencia intrafamiliar y su influencia en la estabilidad emocional en las familias de la comunidad Illahua Chico en tiempos de pandemia del COVID-19

    The present research aimed to analyze intrafamily violence and its influence on emotional stability in the families of the Illahua Chico community in times of the COVID-19 pandemic; based on the methodology, which covers the techniques, approaches, levels, modalities and instruments to be used in the study. The valuation scale considered as VIFJ4 allowed to measure intrafamily violence in the homes of the Illahua Chico community, based on six dimensions of violence, such as physical, psychological, sexual, social, patrimonial and gender, allowing to mention that half of the population studied has suffered some type of domestic violence. The level of emotional dependence (EBDE) allows to measure the alterations and personal needs, faced by family interaction, results that agree to mention that 8 out of 10 people of different gender have had emotional dependence on one of the family members of the community in mention. It is concluded that the interaction of State entities, support centers, health professionals and social workers is important to provide adequate support for the treatment of violated people, promoting values with educational programs, for all members of the nucleus family. In addition, linking neuroscience as the best alternative to understand the individual under cognitive emotions and sensory experiences.

    Calidad de la atención médica y estabilidad emocional en tiempos de Covid a los pacientes adultos mayores de la parroquia Urbana ciudad Nueva en el Hospital Básico Píllaro

    ABSTRACT: The research consists of two variables, such as the quality of medical care and emotional stability in the group of old adults from the parish Ciudad Nueva in the Basic Hospital of Pillaro. The objective was to determine the influence of the quality of medical care on emotional stability in times of COVID-19 to elderly patients of the parish Ciudad Nueva in the Basic Hospital of Pillaro, after the investigation it is determined that the quality of medical care has a great importance on the emotional stability of the individual during COVID-19, which puts them at a greater risk of getting contaged because it is a vulnerable group and they experience different emotions damaging their emotional stability. According to the results obtained, it is shown that it is necessary to create a priority intervention plan from the area of Social Workers in the health field, giving priority to the elderly during their life cycle. The methodology was executed by two questionnaires, for the dependent variable the SERVQUAL questionnaire was used and for the independent variable the BIG FIVE questionnaire was used with the veracity of the data used for a quantitative approach.

    El interaccionismo simbólico y la violencia intrafamiliar en los empleados de la dirección de Tránsito Terrestre y movilidad de la Ciudad de Ambato

    The purpose of the research is to carry out an analysis on intrafamily violence in the employees of the Directorate of Land Traffic and Mobility of the canton Ambato, their human behavior helps us to determine how it affects the emotional stability of people in the face of abuse. Symbolic interactionism is considered one of the main study factors within the institution due to notorious evidence of changes in their marital status, an increase in direct discounts for alimony was evidenced and the vast majority have open legal proceedings for violence, aggression physical and psychological. Descriptive research was used regarding symbolic interactionism and its incidence with intrafamily violence, denoting the causes and effects on the behavior of the people who work in the institution. The study maintained a qualitative approach, so it was necessary to apply surveys with which relevant information was obtained, reaching the conclusion that conflicts of intrafamily violence affect the behavior of employees to such an extent that they have come to consider that the violence is part of social behavior.
