    Migración y Desintegración Familiar

    Migration has a significant impact on family cohesion. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of migration and family disintegration on the inhabitants of Pilahuin parish. When a family member decides to move to another place or country, several factors occur that make family interactions difficult and cause emotional uncertainty. The absence of a loved one due to migration can cause feelings of loss, loneliness and anxiety in the members who remain, altering both family dynamics and the cultural identity of all members. This contributes to family stress, as both the migrant and his or her family face challenges such as adapting to a new environment and a different culture, which can generate additional tensions. These economic challenges and financial insecurity can exacerbate these stresses, which impact on family cohesion and increase tensions in family relationships. The implementation of a proposal to develop integration workshops for immigrant families has as its main objective to improve the family climate in order to promote employment and economic development opportunities. These workshops are designed to favor cultural adaptation, promote social cohesion and provide migrant families with the necessary tools to integrate effectively in their new environment. Pilahuin families, both positive and negative effects of the migratory context are observed. A non-experimental quantitative method, non-exploratory research and survey were used as data collection technique. The results indicate the need to support families with migrant members so that they can face the emotional and social challenges related to family disintegration. It is critical to recognize that migrants experience separation from family and friends, which can generate sadness, loneliness and homesickness. Communication technologies play a crucial role in maintaining family ties often sustained through monetary exchanges that are interpreted as tokens of affection and affection, helping to mitigate feelings of loss and isolation

    La migración y el cambio cultural en las familias de migrantes de las comunidades de la zona de Tigua parroquiaGuangaje cantón Pujilí provincia de Cotopaxi

    ABSTRACT In Ecuador, migration is a topic of national interest because of its social, political and economic dimensions that lead to this social phenomenon that has had positive impacts on the increase of the country's economy, but most of them have negatively affected members of migrant families. The study of this phenomenon and its impacts, has much emphasis on the social problems that affect stability and the adoption of a new cultural behavior of the families of Ecuadorian migrants are the subject of this thesis work. The research was conducted in the province of Cotopaxi, in the canton of Pujilí, Guangaje parish in the Tigua area in the 12 communities belonging to the area. The present research work needs to define the concept of migration, in addition to identifying and analyzing the different impacts that the topic entails. Therefore, it describes the cultural behavior in the families of migrants from the communities of the Tigua area and also shows an analysis of certain types of migration that exist in the area. Finally, it is intended to make the proposal of a digital radio program whose main objective is to mitigate the problem before this conflict, which consequently causes the change of socio-cultural behavior in the inhabitants of the 12 communities of the same area. As a research methodology we chose the qualitative method, the instruments used for the data collection were semi-structured interviews, testimonies and visual evidence that the Tigua area has presented over the years. The interviews were conducted with the leaders of the CITIGAT organization, community councils, men and women, the elderly, the latter a random sample was made. At the end of this research work with the theoretical and methodological work suggested and also direct observation will serve as a reference for future work in this area.

    El nivel socioeconómico y la designación familiar de los trabajadores CELEC EP, UNIDAD DE NEGOCIO HIDROAGOYAN de la ciudad de Baños, provincia de Tungurahua.

    Nuestro país en las últimas décadas ha progresado, logrando un desarrollo político, económico y social lo que ha provocado que la ciudadanía vivan en forma desordenada y acelerada, dejando en segundo término la vida familiar. Pues era muy fácil organizar reuniones con la familia, porque el padre de familia era el que mantenía los gastos familiares, pero con el transcurrir de los días, los artículos de primera necesidad fueron aumentando de valor, siendo necesario que la mujer busque prepararse académicamente se dedique al ámbito laboral y a la vez poder mantener estable el nivel socioeconómico de sus familias, así mismo el nivel cultural fue elevándose y el ingreso económico del padre de familia se convirtió en insubsistente, el ámbito laboral que nos ubicamos actualmente, defino por la globalidad y la inestabilidad, se observa niveles altos complicación. Es un escenario dinámico, de fusiones laborales, reingeniería de recursos humanos y desarrollo tecnológico exponencial, donde prima la necesidad de cumplir con los objetivos, la demanda en el aumento de la productividad. Esto ha contribuido a que se confunda la libertad con el libertinaje y los padres se olviden de sus obligaciones cayendo en vicios, adulterios, descuido del hogar, derroche de dinero, etc; afectando el nivel socioeconómico y en muchos de los casos desembocando en la desintegración familiar. Por eso es necesario educación familiar y evitar la desintegración familiar de los trabajadores CELEC EP. Unidad de Negocio Hidroagoyán de la ciudad de Baños, provincia de Tungurahua.

    La desintegración familiar y el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes del Colegio Madre de la Divina Gracia de la Provincia de Pichincha Cantón Rumiñahui Parroquia San Rafael.

    En el colegio “Madre de la Divina Gracia”, mediante la investigación realizada en los estudiantes que viven en la actualidad entre los adultos que mienten a menudo y mientras que otros reciben la sobre protección de sus padres motivo que no les permiten crecer con libertad y creatividad, también no existe una buena comunicación y acompañamiento en el seguimiento académico por parte de sus representantes por el trabajo, eso provoca carencia de hábitos de estudio, su compañía son las redes sociales, medios de comunicación, NTICS, amigos, pandillas, alcohol, etc. La causa que provoca el bajo rendimiento académico de los estudiantes se ha podido comprobar que deben tener un acompañamiento permanente por parte de los representantes, docentes, y autoridades en el seguimiento académico para que puedan superar sus falencias mediante capacitaciones a los padres de familia y representantes sobre el respeto, cariño, amor a la familia y sus responsabilidades.
